Freshly remodeled guest house in winery Woodinville

Relax in a private Guest house Suite that includes a living room, two furnished bedrooms and one bathroom in the wine country. Your own private patio with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or wine in the evenings. We provide high speed internet and smart TV. There are no steps anywhere (but the doorways are standard width - not wheelchair width).
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. During this time, please keep noise and music at a respectful level so we can maintain a peaceful neighborhood.
Small gatherings are allowed, but an additional cleaning fee of $150–$300 may apply depending on the number of guests and the amount of extra cleaning required.
You have complete privacy as you relax and enjoy the quiet and solitude. You are welcome to feed the birds, relax with a drink.

The spacious and pretty yard and lovely cottage made this a perfect place to stay in the winery area. The cottage was very comfortable inside with an excellent adjoining laundry.

We went to Woodinville for a wine club event and found this great VRBO to stay in. The guest house was private, quiet (slept great!) had everything we needed, and was comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

It was a very cute cabin and dog friendly. However, we were not happy with the parking situation very much at all. The driveway to the cabin was blocked twice during our stay of 2 nights. Water heater tank must be very small and hot water gets all used up after 1 person takes shower. We had a TV problem - no sound from TV, but that was adjusted/corrected by owner in a timely manner. Would be nice place to stay for a solo person with a small car. Communication from the owner was very fast and that was nice. Nice location, too.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was nice, well kept and clean. check in and out was easy! only issue we had was wifi didn't work, we didn't really need it tho, because we were out at a concert, but I was trying to set up some music on the tv, no wifi. We would love to stay here again if there's a show at the winery we go to! It's a nice little place, you won't regret it!

I had a lovely extended stay at Nara’s cottage. It was a great place for dog walks in a peaceful setting. I wish the weather had been better so I could have enjoyed the deck. It was very easy to communicate with Nara. Great location for wine tasting and restaurants in Woodinville.

Very cute and clean place close to wine tasting. You can walk to several wineries and restaurants. There is no official sidewalk so be careful. The host was a great communicator. I would absolutely recommend this house!

It could’ve been better if the listing is more detailed and not made the guest confused with having a gathering/ party. On the listing it only said party/gathering allow, never mention about the extra fee for cleaning and etc.. it funny how the host showed up at the place and try to kick us out because I refuse to pay the extra fee that was never mentioned at the listing. I called her to try to figure out why didn’t she mention anything about the extra fee for cleaning after party.. she literally just raised her voice at me through the phone and I told her DO NOT RAISE TOUR VOICE at me:) could have been a better experience. And the place does not fit 20 ATTENDEES at all.

Hi Nalin, thank you for your review. First, you booked the property for two people and did not mention or request permission for a party. However, more than 20 young people came to the property, parked in our backyard, and had a loud gathering. Afterward, three large bags full of trash were left behind for one night. I never raised my voice at you. I simply explained that you should have informed us or contacted VRBO before bringing such a large group to the property. Hosting a gathering of that size without prior notice or permission is not fair to us or our neighbors. I always try to communicate respectfully with my guests, and I expect the same courtesy in return. I appreciate your understanding.
