Take a step back in time in this 1920s Spanish beach cottage with 100 year old historic elements restored and preserved. Adorned with delicate, fragile and original antique features restored such as wooden pulley windows, oak floors, decorative fireplace, wooden cabinetry, mint tile, door hardware and more. (***Please be gentle as some features are materials are antiques and over 100 years old***)

Thoughtful accents give the space a romantic atmosphere and make you feel like you’ve stepped into a charming Italian home — from French doors opening to a balconette overlooking ivy walls in the backyard to Italian appliances in the quaint mint-colored tiled kitchen.

Enjoy shopping and all the excellent restaurants Belmont Shore and Naples has to offer. Located just steps from the popular 2nd Street in Long Beach and a short walk to the beach, shops and gondola rides near the Naples canals.

Two bedroom, one bath 840 square feet with one king size bed and one queen size bed sleeps 4 Maximum. Both beds have Dr Oz mattresses with best-selling memory foam toppers, down alternative comforter and pillows all protected with waterproof covers. Both bedrooms have luggage racks, ironing boards, extra blankets / extra pillows / laundry basket.

Comfortable living room with TV, decorative fireplace, open facing historic windows that allows airflow and sea breeze. Free WiFi, cable Tv, heating, air conditioning, fans, keypad entry.

Enjoy the outdoor back patio space as well with firepit, sofa, chairs, outdoor dining table, barbecue connected to natural gas so no propane tank needed. Laundry access to washer and dryer.

Bathroom is newly remodeled with large free standing shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer and additional amenities.

Kitchen design includes preserved original, delicate and historic mint tile and mini hexagons on the countertop. Stocked with all you need including coffee, outdoor and indoor dining ware and appliances. Formal dining area which seats 4 and a kitchen nook that seats 2 with French doors and balconette overlooking romantic back yard.

Beautiful, delicate and original refinished hardwood floors from the 1920s. Adored
by all those that love and appreciate the charm and character of century old original hardwood floors restored including some creaks when walking. Light foot traffic is best for the space. Heavy foot traffic in/out can be creaky and squeaky.

Out of respect to the neighbors and neighborhood no large social gatherings. Also, the space is small and there are many valuable and expensive fixtures, decor, antique items, etc. not suitable to parties.

If you’re looking to throw parties, have social gatherings this is not the right place for you.

HOUSE RULES:

1. No smoking of any kind inside or anywhere on the property. $1k deep cleaning, remediation and restoration plus damages and loss of rent during extra cleaning. Immediate departure.

2. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight. $350 per person per night. Immediate departure.

3. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed on the premises unless written approval. $150 per person per occurrence. Immediate departure.

4. Do not give your entry code to anyone other than registered guests. $250 per occurrence. Immediate departure.

5. No pets allowed on the premises at any time. $1k deep cleaning, remediation and restoration plus damages and loss of rent during extra cleaning. Immediate departure.

6. The home is in a residential neighborhood and therefore no parties are allowed AND only 4 people max including registered guests on premises at any/all times. See above.

Please note quiet hours between 10pm - 7am.

7. No illegal activity, substances or firearms allowed on the property. $1k fine. Immediate departure.
