Spacious,best location,walk to beach, shops & dine

We have named our 2 Bed/1 Bonus Rm/2 Bath home away from home "Casita Blanca". It is the upper level of a house with a nice patio entrance. Inside it has a cozy feel, with a large light-filled living room, kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms are on opposites sides of the unit giving good privacy and each has a bathroom. The unit is well furnished and equipped and is pleasant for preparing meals. The living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. The shared patio has a gas BBQ.

The space
In addition to the two bedrooms, the bonus den next to the master bedroom can be separated with a curtain. There is a sofa bed in this space. There is also a single fold out bed that is available if needed.

Host lives in front house. Guests can text or use app text.

Belmont Heights/Shore is a popular place for locals and visitors alike. For outdoor activities, our home is a short walk to the beach, Belmont Pier, bike and jogging paths, and Bluff Park. The great weather makes the area enjoyable year round.

There are many restaurants and bars close by in the Second Street area and on Broadway Ave. The area is wonderful to stroll the pleasant neighborhoods.

The neighborhood is very walkable at all hours. A full grocery store is close by as well as restaurants, bars and various personal services.

Guest access
One off-street parking spot is available. Extra large vehicles will not fit. Parking on local streets is free. Street sweeping occurs on Thursdays and Fridays between 10am-noon.

Other things to note
There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD NOISE anytime. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Contact the host if you have visitors.

Casita Blanca was perfect for our needs...short walk to the beach, grocery store, and shops and restaurants on 2nd Street! Even with all the things nearby, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home itself is super cute and comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked, which made it super easy for us to cook! The patio at the entrance was a perfect spot to sit and relax, and we loved having access to the grill. Sarah is an amazing host, and was super friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend Casita Blanca!

Perfect VRBO for our long weekend

The layout was perfect for my friends and I. Plus it was super close to the beach, the grocery store and a couple of restaurants. I also loved that there were some condiments and laundry detergent already provided.

Very comfortable and spacious. Excellent layout for multiple guests. Perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities. We wished we had more time to relax there and appreciate the proximity to the beach!

Amazing property close to the beach.

The rental was so nice. We loved the private patio! It was close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to a lot of places. Would definitely recommend this lovely home to anyone visiting Long Beach.

Great location

Property was as described. AC units worked great in the bedrooms. We didn’t need AC in the other rooms as the sea breeze was fabulous. Beds were comfy. I was amazed at the coffee and tea selections. We enjoyed the complimentary treats too. Quick drive to the beach. Thanks Sarah!

I'm originally from England but have lived in the Los Angeles area for almost two decades now. When we travel, we love to stay in short term rentals to really get an authentic local experience when we visit a new city or country. As a host, I really want our guests to enjoy their stay, feel at home and experience all that our city has to offer.

Belmont Heights/Belmont Shore is a vibrant neighborhood. Our property is a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants within 5 minutes as well as grocery stores and other amenities. The popular Second Street is also a short ten minute walk. However, despite being so close to all these amenities, the neighborhood is also peaceful.
