Layout:
First Level - kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room (with two twin rollaways), primary bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, guest bedroom with queen bed, and a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a side covered patio off of the primary bedroom, and a fully furnished covered patio in the back.

There is an additional detached office/studio space in the back of the home with a half bathroom. Highlights include:

Parking: 
There is a parking pad on the side of the house for two cars. There is also a parking pad adjacent to the detached garage. There are also 2 indoor parking spots in the detached garage.

Neighborhood:
Situated in the charming Sylvan Park area, you'll be walkable to many great establishments. Here, you'll be one block from McCabe Golf Course, and walkable to several restaurants and bars, like Edley's BBQ, Answer Restaurant, and Poncho and Lefty's, just to name a few. Nashville is truly at your fingertips in this gorgeous rental! 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
