This centrally located guesthouse will give you quick access to the local eateries of the East Nashville neighborhood. Short walks to coffee shops and restaurants, a 4 minute drive to the popular Germantown, a 5 minute Uber to Nissan stadium, First Horizon Park, and Downtown Broadway.

You will be staying in our two bedroom guesthouse that includes a living room, kitchen, laundry room, front patio and a rooftop with views of downtown.

Great spot close to everything!

Property is in a great location, a short lyft ride to east Nashville sights and downtown. Very clean and pictures matched. Host was an excellent communicator.

Nashville stay

The property was very clean and was pictured as on VRBO. The location for our stay in Nashville was perfect for us to get to the areas we wanted to travel. The communication and check-in with the property owner was excellent. We would stay at this location again!

City guest house stay

the place was as described and as shown in the photos. The location is excellent for getting in and around Nashville. Ubers and grocery delivery were smooth and convenient as we didn't rent a car. The inside was clean and bright, the AC works great, and the rooftop deck is a nice plus. Our host was very responsiveness to requests and communication was easy. I would stay here again.

All in all good place

Clean place small, but nice. Lyft and uber dont recognize it as you can only access from alley so make sure to put in notes. Master bedroom needs blackout curtains for windows as there are street lights that shine right in all night.

No surprises

We enjoyed our time in this apartment and when we had a minor power outage, the owner was very quick and kind in his response. The neighborhood is transitioning and there's not much you can immediately walk to, but you are easily able to access so much of what Nashville provides. We were comfortable, easy in and easy out, and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
