High standard 14th floor apartment with sea view from any room

Apartment located on the 14th floor, completely facing the sea, full kitchen, dining room integrated with the kitchen, wireless internet (wireless), cable TV with Brazilian and European channels, water, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels . Free access to the pool, sauna, gym (fitness room) and games room. The apartment has a private garage for two cars on the first floor (mezzanine) of the building.

The apartment is of a good standard, complete with air-conditioned rooms, well located and with good connectivity by bus or taxi (taxi in Fortaleza is cheap). It is by the sea, (just cross the street to reach the sea). You have a wide view of the sea from anywhere in the apartment because it is totally facing the sea.

The double bedroom has a bathroom (suite) and a desk. The other room has two single beds, with one bed over the other. This also includes a desk (see photos).

Primeiramente gostaria de informar a respeito do proprietário do apartamento, Sr. Fernando. Trata-se de uma pessoa extremamente honesta, prestativa e atenciosa, daquelas que fazem de tudo pra ajudar, a fim de tornar seus dias mais agradáveis. O apartamento é perfeito, com uma belíssima vista para o mar, além de super aconchegante, limpo e organizado, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente bem. A localização é excelente, situado na melhor área de Fortaleza, e perto de tudo que vc necessita. Enfim, foram dias maravilhosos!!! SUPER RECOMENDO!!!

Apartamento aconchegante, limpo e bem mobiliado. O prédio é novo e bem organizado. Elevadores perfeitos. A vaga de garagem é ótima. A Vista é M-A-R-A-V-I-L-H-O-S-A dos quartos e sala. O proprietário, Sr. Fernando, é muito atencioso e simpático. Pode-se fazer uma bela caminhada pela manhã no calçadão em frente ao edifício. Para locomoção, tem ponto de ônibus e de táxi "na porta". DICAS: 1) Recomendo a quem puder, que alugue um carrinho para ter uma maior mobilidade e liberdade... vale a pena essa despesa. 2) Vá ao Coco Bambu da Beira Mar e experimente algum prato de camarão. 3) Conheça o Chico de Caranguejo na Praia do Futuro. 4) Comprar peixe e/ou camarão fresco para levar ou comer na hora, o local é na Feira que fica na Beira Mar. RESUMO: Esse imóvel eu recomendo com louvor! Excelente custo benefício. Aproveitem bastante!!!

Tudo perfeito no Apartamento, vista espetacular da praia de Iracema, muito bem localizado, tudo a curta distância (hipermercado, farmácias, restaurante, Dragão do Mar, Bancos...) e especialmente PRAIA que basta cruzar a rua...
