Great location to multiple beaches, fishing, shopping and other attractions all within a short drive. Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond. The heated pool and game room was a huge hit during our stay!

How do you not give this property five stars across the board for everything. We were looking for the perfect place for my son‘s graduation trip. This place did not disappoint at all. Great location, price, cleanness, and communication with the host was top notch . The place is set up to entertain multiple people of all ages. Made lots of memories….. We wil definitely be saving this listing for a future return.

This house has a great location. It’s close to everything without being in the busy strip. Plus the lanai with the pool is an added plus!

Loved staying at this property for the amazing pool/backyard space along with how spacious the home was. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were kind. Our host was incredible at communicating. I will stay here again!

Great place for a family vacation!

House was very well equipped: dish soap, detergent. Trash bags...bLoved the pool toys! Host even got us a high chair and pack and play.

Our small non-profit organization staff met to work on or work plan for the year. The property was perfect for our size and the amenities were just what we needed the relaxation time.

So overall the house want too bad. The pool was nice and property was clean for the most part. There were a few issues that seemed to take most of the week to get fixed and some not at all. The washing machine was not usable. It was full of mold and mildew. We had to use a laundromat which was inconvenient when traveling with young kids and multiple people that expected to be able to do laundry. The patio furniture was falling apart due to missing hardware and finally repaired on Thursday. For a house that is supposed to support 10 people the living room had seating for 4 people only. We thought the gameroom/garage would be a plus but it wasn’t cooled so it was consistent 95-100 degrees.

I booked this for my birthday so that all my friends could stay with us. It was so fun! We loved the games, pool, and making s'mores by the fire! It was very spacious and clean. Fully equipped with everything you could need. We would defiantly stay again!!

Great vacation stay

We had a great time staying in Largo. Josh was a great host and answered our questions promptly. The house came with everything you could need, lots of regular towels and tons of beach towel. We took advantage of the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys and spent a wonderful day at Clearwater Beach. I would highly recommend this location as it worked well for our extended family.

Spring break

We really enjoyed our stay here, staying mostly at the house throughout the day while the kids utilized the pool. The beach was only a 5 minute drive for gorgeous sunsets. We found the house stocked with everything we required. Plenty of space in a very quiet neighborhood. Josh was very attentive to everything in a fashionable manner. Definitely will stay here again.

Fun Times in Largo!

My family and my sister and her family rented this house during Spring Break. We have a wonderful time, the house was clean, well stocked, located very close to Publix and the beach. The sleeping arrangements were perfect as we had 4 adults and 6 children. The pool and game room were both a big hit with the younger crowd. Highly recommend this property and the property management was very communicative, responsive and helpful.

Great house in a great location!

We rented this as two families with children aged 1-4. The listing is exactly as expected when we arrived, if not even better in person! The pool was wonderful, the house had all the amenities we needed (which made it very easy to pack and prepare for our trip!) and the location was awesome. Close to amenities like groceries (Publix) and many restaurants. It's also a very short drive from Indian Rocks Beach and "downtown" plus only 30 mins from Clearwater Beach and Downtown. Josh was a great host and communicated with us along the way with tips and suggestions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

Property was great. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The house suited our large group of adults and children very well. I think the pictures of the property and amenities they offer are slightly out dated. Pool toys and floats are all old or broken one of the bedrooms is connected to another bedroom so that was slightly inconvenient and the door alarm leading out to the pool was extremely obnoxious but other then that it was a nice place beautiful pool and very close to stores shops and things so do.

Hi Lauren! Thank you for leaving a review and for your feedback. We have replaced all of the pool floats & toys. As for the pool door alarms- it is required by the county that we have them, but guests can adjust them to their desired preference :) Thanks again and we hope you will consider staying here again in the future!

Amazing house close to the beach!

This home exceeded my expectations. The check in process was easy, Josh was very accommodating and let me check in 2 days early. It’s located in a very safe area with a lot of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach was only about 2 miles away and less crowded than Clearwater. I loved the layout of the home, the size of the bedrooms and how comfortable the beds were. The sunroom was my favorite part! He had nice chairs and so many areas for family and friends to hang around. When I had an issue, Josh was quick to respond and fix it. I had the best month here. Thank you so much for everything. My family had a blast and enjoyed all the little touches like a coffee station and game room!

The house had all the amenities we needed to enjoy a week stay in Florida. The kitchen was well stocked. The host provided good communication and was quick to respond to questions. The house was clean and had tons of games and entertainment. The pool was a good size, deep, and clean.
