Four-Bedroom Home, Private Hot Tub, Amazing Views

Enjoy the Privacy of this comfortable home at Mount Crested Butte. This house is perfect for families or large groups looking to stay close but still enjoying privacy. With it's multiple living room areas, large open kitchen, and private hot tub there plenty of ways to entertain everyone. Within walking distance of free transit lines that will quickly get you to either the lifts or the town making it very accessible for skiing, mountain biking, or just hitting the town.

The House has a main living room off the front door. This has beautiful wood and leather furnishings, access to the open kitchen, and fully unobstructed views of the mountain and town which are best on balcony connected to the kitchen. From here there is also access to a private 1 car garage. The master has a wonderfully comfortable king size bed with its own private bathroom/shower. Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds with full baths close. The last bedroom is ideally suited for children with 2 twins and a twin size bunk bed. A second living area downstairs contains the only TV in the unit, with integrated internet and cable. This connects to the backyard which has a private 4 person hot tub with perfect views of the mountain, great for winding down after a long day in the high country. We love our fur babies, but this is a no pets house. This house, as nearly all houses in CB are, does not have air conditioning. Air Conditioning is not needed as this house sits at 9,300 feet elevation.
