Entire home and backyard! The Cozy Cottage is conveniently located near Downtown Nashville, The Grand Ole Opry, Nashville International Airport, Opry Mills, Restaurants and More. Guests will enjoy a large fully fenced backyard, private driveway for parking, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath located in a quiet neighborhood.

The Cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This house is approximately 1400 square feet. The driveway can accommodate at least 3-4 cars.

Guests can enjoy access to the entire house & fenced backyard. When arriving please use side door entrance with keyless entry key-pad.

This was absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed in. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out very clean. The host was very, very nice even left us cupcakes for our granddaughter‘s 21st birthday celebration. We will definitely recommend this and we will definitely rent it again if we get the opportunity.

Wonderful Stay Near the Grand Ole Opry!We had an amazing time at this home in Nashville! The location was perfect — close to all the shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the Grand Ole Opry. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell the owners take great care of the property. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Nashville! THank You!!

Eva Mor Heights is a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Donelson with long term residents. There are restaurants, shopping and Two Rivers Park nearby. It's very conveniently located 6 miles from Downtown Nashville, 5 miles to The Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall and 3 miles to Nashville International Airport.

This entire home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. It offers two living rooms, a dining room, eat-in kitchen and 3 bedrooms. It has a beautiful fully fenced back yard along with private parking.
