Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This entire home has plenty of parking with a fenced in back yard only 3 miles from downtown and 7 miles from the airport with all your needs close by. This house has 2 queen size beds one pull out queen couch and 4 twin beds that are bunks. Also full screened in back porch with Blackstone and outdoor lounging w/ firepit along with basement and garage.

We spent 5 nights Thanksgiving week at this property and it was great!! The host was very responsive, and they had everything you could possibly need for a long stay. The beds were super comfy and we loved having the blackstone on the screened in porch. Convenient to downtown, Franklin, & Tanger Outlets for Black Friday shopping. Thanks for the hospitality!

AMAZING STAY

This property is perfect. It’s in a perfect location just outside downtown. It had everything we needed. The outside patio was perfect and communication was great from the host.

Nashville Trip

The property was great, and the host was very accommodating. He was able to change our rental dates no problem, and was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He ensured we had a great trip with no hiccups or headaches. If I come to Nashville again I will definitely stay here

Nashville Bucket List trip

Great property convenient for Nashville downtown, airport and golf. Three brothers bucket list trip found house convenient and well equipped for enjoying cooking or barbeque at home. Lots of games/ping pong, darts, for family fun. Host easily contacted. TV's everywhere! Lots of free coffee!

Nashville Home

Perfect place to stay if you want convenient location to everything in Nashville. Would stay here again. But if the property has any negative issues it would be the cleanliness of the outdoor patio and the bedrooms should have dressers so visitors won't have to live out of suitcases. But hey that didn't stop the great time and memories we had.

Cute & cozy

Property was clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location was in an upcoming and quiet residential neighborhood. Just a short ride to downtown and the zoo. My favorite part was the screened in outdoor porch, and the kids loved the garage/game room.

Beautiful home

We loved the house! The decor was spot on and perfect back drops for our photos. Even only having 1 bathrooms and 8 girls we all was able ready. My only suggestion would be a couple more mirrors. 😂

Adorable& cozy

The house is so cute! Was perfect for my friends and I to stay. Very centrally located & so close to down town so Ubers we’re cheap. I loved how easy it was to lock up on the way out but unlock/ get in on the way back. The covered porch & propane fire place out back was such an awesome added feature for a cozy night in. All TVs were Bluetooth compatible so we were able to play music getting ready etc. so pleased with our stay!

Hi my name is Nash I was born and raised in Nashville "In this house" This was my mom and dad's house for 30 plus years. My dad (Joe) passed away a couple of years ago due to cancer, this triggered a dementia diagnosis for my mom (Roxanne). With being an only child this unforeseen circumstance made our decision to put a lot of time and effort into turning this home into a B&B in hopes of helping my mom and all her future needs. It is also our hope that whoever stays here can have and make as many happy memories here as we have throughout the years.

This entire home has plenty of parking with a fenced in back yard only 3 miles from downtown and 7 miles from the airport 5 miles from music row with all your needs close by. This house has 2 queen size beds one pull out queen couch and 4 twin beds that are bunks. Also full screened in back porch and basement with garage. Everything you want and need to experience Nashville is within minutes of this location IE.. second ave and Broadway... Opryland the airport Uptown...downtown Nashville Germantown .. titans stadium bridgestone....all the attractions... 75 miles to the jack daniels Distillery if you choose to venture out that far. I grew up in this neighborhood since 1995 this was my parents home my dad was a musician for the Grand old Opry and a bunch country artists.. My mom worked for Opryland for 20 years... this is an awesome quiet neighborhood and a great house.
