Enjoyable balcony. Well stocked kitchen for such a small space. Some of the furniture is dated and in need of repair/replacement. Great location, walk to many restaurants and shopping.
Absolutely ideal location in the heart of Kona! Easy to walk to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shopping. Very comfortable and clean condo unit with a fantastic view. Clothes line on veranda for drying towels and swimsuits, beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and sunscreen are just a few of the added amenities to make our stay complete. We cannot wait to visit again!
Perfect location. Condo was exactly as listed. Clean and host had good communication.

Liked: Communication, location
House was as described. Cold air, beautiful view. Kitchen lacking in supplies from other places we have stayed. There was an issue with roaches, and not the oh it's Hawaii or Florida type. There is more going on. Unfortunately, the owners were aware of a neighboring unit that became infested due to a medical issue and did not notify us that this could be a problem. They did have Terminix out, but there were still cockroaches found throughout the unit. Owner said they would refund, but my husband didn't want to have to pack up and move everything. He bought his own roach spray and sprayed himself. Owner was very sorry for the inconvenience, but I think it is important to note.
The property unit was wonderful and the owners were exceptional with communication and fast responses. We requested a couple extra pillow cases and they brought some right over for us. We would rent from you again, high recommendation
The unit is exactly as described with an amazing view from the lanai. I managed to screw up the locking mechanism on the unit door, and couldn't unlock the door. Dennis took my call and fixed the problem immediately. Another great stay in Kona. Thanks Dennis!
For a “condo”, the unit was similar to a hotel room. The furniture is outdated and bed linens were worn/torn. There were sufficient dishes, utensils, and cooking appliances,. There were also a lot of condiments and spices. Bathroom had a nice shower with rainfall shower head and a separate hand held wand. There was also bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The condo was located right next to Ali’i Drive, which makes it a little noisy, but it was quiet when it needed to be. It is located about a 1/2 mile from the pier and Many other shops and businesses. The owner was very responsive to any request that we made. It is part of a larger unit building, so parking could be an issue if you returned after 5 o’clock. Many times there were cars parked that didn’t appear to have parking passes; that’s on the property management, not the owner. You are able to park off site if all the spaces around the building are full.Laundry facilities are nice, however, two of the five washing machines weren’t working on the day we were using them. Again, that’s on the facility manager, not on the owner.Front desk staff could be hit or miss depending on who was there. Most were very nice and helpful. The unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, wakeboards, and beach towels that were very nice to have. Also a couple of coolers so you could take beverages with you.Overall, it was a good unit in a location we were looking for, and it made our stay nice.
