Brand new wood Flooring all over the house, Tile Flooring In Kitchen And Bathrooms, High Ceiling With Skylight, Bright And Airy In Every Room, 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms Upstairs, 1 bedroom and 1 Half Bathroom Downstairs. It is beautifully furnished with brand new furniture, bedding, kitchenware, new LCD TVs in master bedroom. Attached 2 Car Garage. super convenient for family with kids.

Kitchen: fully stocked with kitchenware. Eg: microwave. Double-door refrigerator with ice-make function. Rice cooker. Electric Kettle. Coffee maker. Toaster.
Dining area: dining table with 5chairs and more fold chairs
Laundry : Washer and Dryer are inside the garage.
Parking: attached two car garage and free guest parking but could not parking overnight.You have to park on the street for overnight parking if you have third car.
