This is a very inviting and comfortable home, perfectly suited for
2 families or a large group. It is located in a quiet pleasant
neighborhood. The home was completely remodeled in 2009. It
features a large deck in back which stretches the entire width of
the house, perfect for enjoying a BBQ and a peek of the Lake. It
has a downstairs game room complete with a high definition TV,
ping pong and pool tables, appealing to both children and
adults.The Bunk Bed contains 3 separate twin size beds.
The residence is 5 minutes from the Mountain Golf Course and
affords easy access to Diamond Peak, MT. Rose and North Star
ski resorts, as well as several of North Tahoe's best beaches.

Property has an outlet in garage for Tesla charging.Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group of family and teens. The upstairs living room and family room connect with the kitchen, creating an expansive great room and opens up to the large deck. Plenty of comfortable beds downstairs and a great huge game room with tv. The teens loved this space with ping pong and pool table. The house is lovely and very well cared for. Kitchen has all the essentials and keurig and regular coffee maker. The only thing missing was a screen in one of the downstairs bedrooms. We did not need to use the AC but nice to open windows and definitely need a screen with the moths. Also, plenty of fans downstairs.

Spacious and clean home with well equiped kitchen

We enjoyed our stay. The house was large, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The codes did not work for either garage door and the checking in on a Sunday proved difficult to reach the property manager through a service. The internet and tvs did not work the first night, but they did send a repair man to resolve the issues on day 2. The floor plan was a bit odd with the master bath being attached to a tv room instead of a master bedroom. We did enjoy the large kitchen table and the nice deck with a barbq. Lots of bedrooms downstairs and the kids loved the ping pong table and pool table . Pool table only had two cues however.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. Tons of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked. Property was very clean. We had a great time. Nice central location for exploring further in either direction. My only suggestion would be if it is cold at night to turn up the thermostat a couple hours before you plan to go to bed. Upstairs was very comfortable but when we went down to bed it was VERY cold for awhile. Someone got up in the middle of the night and turned it down a couple degrees and we were all happy campers come morning. Property company was very attentive - faster by email than phone. I always try both because I know I can answer emails while on the phone so like to try all my options.

Adult kids enjoyed pool and ping pong. The bedrooms are down stairs, had the grandparents come they would not make the steep stairs.Loved the kitchen. Enjoyed the time.

Great place for family get-togethers!

We liked the location, the big deck with the outdoor grill, the kitchen was great (our 4 grandchildren loved the bar stools) and we loved that the bedrooms were downstairs as it got very hot the last 2-3 days. The rec room was a bonus:)!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was good. We experienced a bear in the garage 3 out of the 9 nights we were there. I would suggest advising renters that it is a common occurrence for the bear to rip the paneling off the garage door to gain access. Our familyhas been coming to Tahoe for years so we understand bears but did not realize they rip open two car garage doors... House was clean but very limited on towels. No wash clothes and only three kitchen towels. Kitchen sink needs to be repaired as well as knobs on the stove...Deck is really nice with great deck furniture. Umbrella needs a new string though. Over all good house. Our family usually rents lower on Tyner area so the extra climb up the hill probably will prevent us from renting this house again. Although it is very quiet area with nice neighbors.

Great home for a large family or group :-)

We were up in Tahoe for a baseball tournament and shared this home with our friends. Plenty of space to spread out, house was clean, and as advertised. Some homes we’ve stayed in were more stocked with basic pantry items, laundry detergent, etc. so be sure to pack anything like that you might need. Thankfully the store is nearby if needed. Accessing property was very easy. This was a great home for the kids to unwind down in the game room, adults to relax upstairs, roomy kitchen and dining area for group meals, and a beautiful deck to enjoy outside.

The house was very clean , big enough for all 9 of us and we loved having 4 bathrooms . The gaming room was really fun but most of their items are broke , the pool table was missing the triangle , the sticks are missing the tips , the pockets are broken so balls fall into the floor , the ping pong table was also broken. Our stay was overall great other than a bear broke into our garage and I have tried contacting the company and no one has gotten back to me , that was very scary considering I had no cellphone recepción to call for help , luckily my husband has a different cellphone provider so we were able to call using his .

Location is good but my stay was not as expected

My stay was unfortunately tarnished by construction work that all of a sudden was performed on the property. The noise and strangers on the property spoiled one of three days of our stay. The property manager was unable to reschedule the construction and claimed to have no control over it. The carpet in the living room is also overdue for cleaning or replacement.

Nice stay in Incline

We had a really nice stay at the Dorcey Drive location. It was a family get together and the house was roomy, had lots of bathrooms, plenty of bedrooms and the kitchen was well appointed. They had a bonus room where we enjoyed billiards and ping pong. The home is in a neighborhood that is located up the mountain off the Mt Rose highway. We were concerned at first on the location but it was a great neighborhood and we had easy access to the lake, and wonderful hiking trails near the Mt Rose summit. We would stay here again.

Great Family Stay at Tahoe

We had a wonderful summer family reunion staying at this property in Incline Village. The property manager was very responsive and answered any question we had. Plenty of space for all of us, with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed having the common spaces upstairs, with an expansive outdoor deck, while all the bedrooms were downstairs. The game room with pool table and ping pong were a definite plus!

Great stay!

The house was a great July-4th stay for two families with kids (5 adults, 3 kids), spacious and cozy. Clean, little short on towels for such a group, a bit tricky to set the thermostat to comfort level through the house as the bedrooms floor and the living room/kitchen floor heat-up very differently. Good location overall with access to the residence-restricted beaches; a bit too much remote, but OK.
