Super cozy and convenient winter getaway?

As winter sport enthusiasts, we picked a place close to the Peak 7 connect gondola, and this onenwasnt just better priced than others, it was well equipped, well maintained, clean and best of all a short 3 minute walk from a Yellow line station which is a stop away from Brekenridge Station. To summarize it all, it was a perfect getaway up in the mountains.

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean

I'll start with the only negative: the condo isn't fancy. It's a little dated and could use some updating. However, it is comfortable, clean and convenient, and I would absolutely stay there again!Probably the best part is the location. It is a two-minute walk to the bus stop to catch a bus that will take you to Beck Station (gondola's to peaks 6-8) or to peak 9 and 10. A bus comes every 10-15 minutes. To get from the condo to the slopes takes about 20 minutes if you time it right. Coming home for lunch or at the end of the day was just as easy. Get off the bus at the Justice Center stop and walk about five minutes to the condo. While a condo at the ski resort might be a little more convenient, we were able to get a 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo for about the same price as a 1-bedroom, 1 bath condo at the resort. With three adults, this location was the better option. Need to go to the grocery store? City Market is a 15 minute walk or a three-minute drive!The condo wasn't fancy and could use a refresh, but it was clean and comfortable, including a gas fireplace in the living room. Full kitchen, with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. make cooking easy. However, it could really use a couple of good, new non-stick frying pans!I definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great location just a quick walk to the grocery store or a 15 minute walk to downtown. Right next to the recreation center. Large for a two bedroom. Fireplace.

Love this place!

This is my 2nd year in a row staying at this home and I just love it. It’s roomy, clean, the beds are comfy and it’s quiet. Close to everything, but not right in the center of town. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and I will definitely be back next year. Thanks for another great stay!

Not accurately advertised

There is no communal pool as listed. There are no curtains anywhere so the sun will come in and wake you before 6am. Construction starts at 615am right outside the windows and back door. You have a beautiful view of the port a potty. The kitchen does not have good pans or adequate cooking utensils.

Great place!

I really enjoyed my ski trip vacation here. I like the convenient location next to the bus stop and Rec. Center, I used them both daily. So nice to just catch a bus to bypass any walking or waiting. I also liked the corner unit, it felt very open and secluded looking out on the snowy rec fields.

Sweet Fall in Breck

Can't quite tell you how perfect it all was. We stayed for an entire month in Breck and could've gone for another! We started in Kingdom Park. The fireplace makes the space entirely, so cozy and refreshing to come in from the cold and turn that on. I loved how quiet the area was, how walkable it was being right next to the rec center (the nicest fitness center I've ever had the pleasure) We saw fox and moose outside of our kitchen window here as well! During our stay, there was a ton of construction behind our condo that property management wasn't aware of- they immediately offered us two locations that we could relocate to for the remainder of our stay at no additional cost. For the most part, I could reach out and get a response from iTrip within a day or so. We hardly had any issues, but they were always around when we needed them. Couldn't recommend them more!

Breckenridge condo

It was a great place in a great location. I’d have given 5 stars if not for the construction going on behind us and in the condo next door. Made for a loud morning every day, which was unfortunate because everything else was great. Loved the place and the location.

Great Stay in Breck

Booked nearly two weeks in this unit. It was the perfect size for our family of four and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was great (near two bus stops, rec center, and bike/pedestrian paths to town and gondola). The unit is showing some wear and could benefit from so updating but overall, the unit was as expected and as noted in the other reviews. Carpet replacement would really go a long way. Communication with host was great and check in was a breeze. Plenty of communication prior to check as well was appreciated. The one bad part about our stay was the construction. There is a new housing community being built right behind this townhome complex. Never had the opportunity to sleep in during the trip as construction activity began early and went late into the night on some occasions. Lots of noise due to heavy equipment operation was quite annoying but we made the best of it. Really felt this should have been mentioned in some form or fashion as the pictures made it seem there was open fields around the property . With that said, we still enjoyed our stay and would stay here again (hopefully the construction would be completed by then :-)

We truly enjoyed staying here and the condo felt like home and we enjoyed being able to walk to different location and then being able to just walk back to the condo.

The Kingdom Condo

The place was nice and as listed. The management team sent way to many emails ahead of our stay and was always slow to respond when we needed their attention.

Great location for Breck skiing

We had a great time during our stay. Lots of space for the 5 of us. Some of the listing and guest book info should be updated to reflect that this property does not have access to a hot tub or parking pass (you just park in the numbered spot).

Family ski vacation

Overall the townhouse was well suited and located for our stay in Breckenridge. Enjoyed the roomy end unit with patio. Would offer that bedding duvets and pillows, along with lower level carpet need updating. Great location to City Market, Rec center and hop on bus for ski and village activities!
