Family-friendly, comfy year-round 3-br house in the heart of The Green Mountains. The chalet is the perfect location for horse show enthusiasts. The 6-week July and August Vermont Summer Festival is 15 minutes from the house. Outdoor adventurists can enjoy the Appalachian and Long Trail head, golf at Stratton, Mountain Adventure Park at Bromley, and kayaking, canoeing, and fishing on the Battenkill River.

The space
The house itself has all the modern amenities you will need in your home away from home. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room allows for seamless comfort and interaction with family and friends. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range. The floor to ceiling fireplace is the focal point of the living room. High speed xfinity internet and dedicated workspace supports remote work. Lower-level rec room has a TV, pool table and board games. A love seat and small table allow for fun nights after a fun day of activity. Plenty of room for ski and boot storage, hiking and riding gear.

Getting around
The house has space to accommodate up to 4 cars in the driveway. You will need a car to get around and a 4/all-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months because we typically get a lot of snow, and the driveway is long. Grocery stores are in Manchester which is 10 min away.
