Este encantador condominio está ubicado en el 3er piso del edificio C1, perfecto para ver las puestas de sol desde el balcón del Golfo. Hay un plan de piso abierto, sala de estar y área de comedor con asientos para 6x en la sala de estar y 4 en la mesa de comedor. A solo una cuadra de distancia se encuentra el lujoso complejo Carillon Beach, que es un excelente lugar para pasear por la noche, visitar las tiendas de regalos, salir a cenar, andar en bicicleta o disfrutar de una película familiar al aire libre.

Encontrará que Pinnacle Port está situado al oeste de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá y lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de las calles concurridas. Property was lovely…only issue was elevator work. One recommendation is to have a different set of dishes. The square white plates very heavy and made loading dishwasher difficult.

Not ideal place

Dirty complex, enter through nice neighborhood, trash many places, wrong directions that will send you 30 mins away, can’t access anyone from checking if after hours so we were stranded for hours. Poor amenities, wouldn’t stay again.

Wedding Weekend

We were in the neighborhood for a wedding and loved the convenience to the beach and everything associated with the wedding! We had a great view of the beach, and the condo fit our needs perfectly. Very clean. We were able to walk to every wedding activity! We loved having coffee at The Salty Bottle in the mornings and then wine at The Salty Bottle in the evenings. Obviously, one of our favorite places at Carillon Beach!

Pinnacle Port is always a great place to stay.

I have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times over the last 15 years. This trip was great. The condo was very nice. One of the best that we have stayed in.

Beautiful but a little run down

The location was great! The condo was decorated beautifully except for the living room Funiture. The couch and chairs felt disgusting. The couch was stained up and just felt grimy. The chairs felt the same but were not as bad. One night we decided to try to have our daughter sleep on the pull out. It was so gross. I couldn't find an extra sheet to change the dirty sheet. It was so bad we decided not to use it. The bed in the 2nd room was horrible. There was a bar sticking out on the bottom bed and we had people get hurt on it multiple times. I am in no ways a clean freak but this condo was not cleaned very well at all. When we first entered the condo it reeked of a musty mildew. It was over powering. The beds were clean but we found random cereal, water bottles and just other trash through out the condo during our trip. It was a little off putting. Overall It was a great stay besides the minor issues.

Beautiful condo

This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was described very accurately. Perfect for our family of five. The process was super simple and quick. The communication with the property manager was quick and they were super nice. The only complaint if I had one was the dryer lent vent wouldn’t go all the way down therefore our clothes were getting hung on it and it ruined one of my dresses. Everything else was perfect! Definitely booking again!

Love this place

We absolutely love staying here and have done so many times. Only complaints this time is both of the beds need replacing. They are broken down and we awakened with back pain every day. Also the elevator was out of service for 1/2 of the stay. We will no doubt reserve again next year, just hoping for new mattresses and box springs.

Nice condo!

Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Living room furniture is a little worn but serviceable. Updated washer and dryer. Wish there was access to an extension cord in the main bedroom to plug in a clock, sound machine, phone charger… Too many personal photos.

Great Family Beach Condo

This is a beautiful condo, with a balcony looking right out on a gorgeous beach. Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our vacation.

Overall Review

The property, Pinnacle Port, needs updating itself. Elevators did not work in either our building C1 or the Tower. On our last day they were shut down completely and we had to walk all of our belongings down the steps to load the car. The unit itself was convenient to the beach and our friends staying in other units. However, it needs a good cleaning. I do not feel as though it was “cleaned” before we arrived. Maybe vacuumed, new linens, and freshened up with fair freshener. We had friends in other buildings and compared to their units this one was lacking. Overall we had fun with friends and that’s whats important.

Do not stay here!!!

Upon arrival we were unable to enter the unit because the lock was broken. A maintenance person was sent over to remove the inferior lock. After entering the unit we quickly noticed several issues. The couch was filthy! We found some blankets to cover the couch with, but after opening them up we saw they were soiled. We washed them, not what you want to do on vacation. When we put them in the dryer the dryer door wouldn't shut without lifting it up from the hinges. The toilet in the master bath wouldn't flush!! The unit is just unkept!! Thank goodness for sweet Melissa at I Trip who we rented trough. After we reported all of the issues she quickly sprang into action and moved us to another AMAZING unit! Thank you Melissa for everything you did, you saved our vacation!!!

Ok but needs attention

The unit was relatively clean. Enough white nice bath towels. 2 kitchen towels that were old and stained. The picture of twin beds is incorrect. It is a queen with upper bunk. That mattress was old with 2 egg crate foams and was so HORRIBLE to sleep on that it caused hip and back aches. You rolled to the center with no support. The owner was notified per Karen (who was very kind and tried to be helpful) from Holiday Properties. Nothing was done to fix this. You can't enjoy your stay when you haven't slept well and are in pain due to mattress. Do better.

More Info Please

The property seems to be an older one which was in state of repair. The condo wasn't as pictured on website but did not present a problem for us. There were a couple of items i.e "kuerig coffee maker" ~and dryer filter which needed repair replacement. There was no information in the condo on how to operate t.v. with two remotes nor was there info about how to lock your door when leaving the condo. Usually rentals have a notebook with useful information not only about the condo and items within but also about the community and sites if interest.

I want to start by saying Panama City Beach is a wonderful place to visit. As well as Pinnacle Port Condos. They have 2 pools with 1 being halfway shaded and walking distance to the beach with a wonderful balcony view. And a small food place by one of the pools that had amazing food! Unfortunately the unit we stayed in was not up to par. When we return next year we will stay with Pinnacle Port again but not this same unit. The photos on the website do not match the unit. I would suggest that they update them to show customers what they are truly booking. The 2nd bedroom doesnt have the 2 twin beds it had a full sized bed with the twin top bunk. The couch in the living room is still the same but noticeably older and worn out. It was not clean when we arrived. Our children took their shoes off when we arrived and within 2 minutes the bottoms of their feet were black from the dirty floors and rugs. We wore shoes inside, which is something we never do, but if we didn't our feet were disgusting in minutes. After that we started to inspect other things because if the floors were that bad what else could have been left unclean..... We noticed mold in the washer so we did not get to use this during our stay. We also found a mildewed shower curtain that was so awful we didn't feel comfortable using the shower until we changed it. Then we saw mold growing on the air conditioning vents in the dining area and kitchen. We could tell it has been there for a while because of the amount that has grown. The stove had food under the burners and the dishes that were in the cabinets were not clean. They had food still stuck on them. The dishwasher had cloudy water in the bottom as if it hadn't drained and upon opening it, the condo smelled so horrible we had to open the door to try and air out the room. The humidity was so awful the couch and beds felt wet but that was expected because of the part of Florida we were in so I know there isn't much to be done about that. But everything else could have definitely been resolved before we arrived if the owners simply took better care of their property. I did take photos of everything to add but there isn't an option to submit them. Overall disappointed in the unit, but not disappointed with Panama City Beach and Pinnacle Port.
