Great spot

There were no major cons to this property/location. Pros:Location- beach was never crowded, no loud cars or crowds at night. Perfect for a family get away.Beach access- easy beach access just a short walk.Bedrooms upstairs- washing machine, dryer and living area downstairs allows for some folks to sleep while others are awake and allows for people to get up early without waking others.Pool- The deepest the pool gets is 4.5ft which is great for families with small kids. Both of ours were able to have access to the entire pool while standing on two feet.Beds- Beds were comfy albeit a bit creaky.Cons:Most of these are cosmetic that could be easily remedied:Main shower drain was quite gross, my first shower it did not drain appropriately. A few rounds of boiling water down the drain prevented further draining issues for the week.The dishwasher was full (it is my opinion dishes should be clean and put up for incoming guests).Limited supplies- no trash bags, only a few rolls of TP and one roll of paper towels. For almost 3k for the week, I feel more basic supplies should be provided.In one spot of the living room there were hand prints on the wall.We typically do not watch tv much on vacation but none of the tv's worked appropriately which worked out just fine as it further limited our tv consumption, which I'm fine with.No smoke detectors?Main bedroom floor was very creaky, making it difficult to leave the room without waking my wife.Great stay overall.

Family Vacation

We had a nice stay at the condo. Simple condo with all you need for a beach trip. The condos location on the property is right by the pool, ideal for family with kids. Easy to run up to condo to grab something quick. The grocery store are super close and easy. Overall good condo to stay.

Nice New Year's Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time. With it being winter and bowl season I would recommend new flat screens in the living room and master bed room. It was great for a quick trip.

The swimming pool wasn't cleaned and when i contacted someone all they done was close the pool for "inbalanced chemicals." They never actually cleaned it.Alot of the plug ins in the unit wouldn't work. The T.V. reall

Needs a little TLC

Property owner was very helpful. Furniture & appliances dated, needs attention. Some minor repairs are needed. But all in all it is an on the beach condo and it was what we were looking for. Location was good and quiet. Pool area was good and clean. Enjoyed our time.

Great location. Have stayed at Ramsgate many times. This unit less expensive than others in the complex. Could use some upgrades but overall great value for the best place to stay in PCB.

Summer Vaca

We really enjoyed our stay. Tbis was our 3rd summer in a row just different condo. We have been trying to find the perfect one for us. Theres 4 of us but we travel with 2-3 other families. The condo was good but needed a few things. Some outlets didn't work (living room & master barh), there was a burner missing on the stove, there were tiny black bugs on the counters and floor in master bedroom made loud noise when you walked across the room. The upstair besides the floor noise and outlet was very nice and clean. The down stairs needed updating and cleaned a little better. Location of room was great. Price was good. Communication with owner was great until after we arrived. Then i emailed his secretary that had sent us check in information and never heard from anyone again.

Mostly nice place

The unit is up two flights of stairs with no elevator. Then inside, the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. Walking was not bad but hauling luggage & groceries was tough. The master bathroom only had one dual outlet that didn’t work. The tub in the other full bath did not drain well. The beach access was a short walk and the pool was nice and clean.

Very disappointed in this condo

Where do I start? We didn't have any wifi the whole time. Tried to call cable company but they did not come to fix it. Every bifold closet door in the condo needed fixing and the most disturbing was that the smoke detector had no battery. When we brought this to the attention of owner he said he would call the office and make sure someone came and installed a battery. After a full day of enjoying the beach and shopping we realized this problem had not been taken care of so this meant a trip to Walmart at midnight (all other stores in area closed at 10pm) for a battery for the smoke detector. It was the only one in condo located upstairs. On Monday I was curious to find out why this matter was not taken care of. The lady in office said the owner had not contacted them. The deck was in need of a good cleaning, workers had been sanding and scraping paint on decks, there was no broom in condo to sweep it off, and don't even think about walking around in condo barefooted because the bottom of your feet would be black from the dirty floors. Carpet in living room and on stairs definitely needed cleaning. This condo really needs some maintenance and a good cleaning! Even though we like Ramsgate Harbour we will not be staying in this condo again.
