Great site for large family

Beach at walking distance. Buggy et beach chairs on site. We had a problem with the A/C. The owner was rapid to resolve the problem. Thank you Mr Joe !

Amazing rental home - everything you could possibly need!!

Our stay at Joe’s property was amazing!! Our group was there for a girls weekend and the house had everything we could possibly need. 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, plus another bedroom/apartment area in the basement. Everyone had their own space. The house came stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We did bring our own equipment but if we do stay at this house again (which we hope to in the future!) we would leave our’s behind to lighten the packing load. The house is a 5 minute walk from Footbridge Beach in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It is also a 2 minute walk to some of the restaurants right on Route 1. I have been going to Ogunquit for 30 years and have never found a rental in this desirable of a location that was this large, clean, updated, etc. thank you Joe for everything!! We will be renting again in the future!

Great place for a group!

We had the best time here for a friend group reunion! Plenty of sleeping space for all! The house had amazing lighting and a good outdoor area. Very close to beach! Hosts were so great at responding and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

Perfect Beach Home for Big Family

This home was perfect for our blended group with kids, grandparents, and cousins! It was a short 5-minute walk to the beach and even closer to the trolly stop that brings you around town. We loved the outdoor seating, convenient gas grill, and the outdoor shower, too. The house was well stocked for a big group with enough kitchen items, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. The beds were also very comfortable, and we had more than enough bath towels and linens. The only thing we missed was a couple of extra chairs for the dining table and beach towels. It also would have been nice to have a bit more info about what was included (ie. soap, TP, etc.) before arriving (there was a technical issue receiving that info ahead of time). And a little guide with info about the trolly and other local attractions could have been a nice addition. That being said, the host was easy/pleasant to work with, quick to answer questions, and even gave some recommendations for restaurants in town! Overall, we loved the location and the home - we would come again and recommend this home to friends!

Great week in Ogunquit

Our family had such a wonderful week at this amazing property. The open living and dining rooms offered enough space for everyone to spend time together. The multitude of bedrooms provided quiet spaces to rest and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. The outdoor shower came in very useful after returning from Footbridge Beach each afternoon. Joe is a great host and very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this home for a family gathering!

70th Birthday Celebration

The house was very nice and a quick walk to the beach and at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable for our party of eight. The kitchen was quit small and could use some additional cutlery. But overall I would still highly recommend this home and would stay again in the future.

A Family Gathering

This house was well appointed with updated appliances and heating. The gas fireplace was a focal point to our gathering in the living room as well as a great heat source. The level of cleanliness was excellent and the house was well stocked with linens and paper goods. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and walks to the beach. With grandchildren playing inside on a rainy day we appreciated the spacious floor plan that provided several different "quiet locations" to retreat to for a short respite.

Great Stay

Joe's house was really great for our family. Essentially a stand-alone mother-in-law apartment in the basement, a large bedroom on the main floor and then 4 bedrooms upstairs with good sleeping setup for kids and a spacious master. Location was excellent, we walked to Footbridge Beach each day in less than 10 minutes saving quite a bit of $ on parking. Also made good use of the puzzles, beach toys, and boogie boards in the house. Would have liked to stay longer for sure, and really appreciated Joe being willing to accept a shorter stay as many properties seemed to only do weekly rentals. Really enjoyed our stay, would look forward to returning!

Great house for a large group! Plenty of room for everyone and easy walk to the beach!

Our family spent the weekend relaxing and enjoying the beach. Having the separate space in the basement for teens to hang out was great. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We have rented this house for several years now and thoroughly enjoy staying there. It accommodates our family and provides a safe place for the kids to ride their bikes and such in front of the house. The extra refrigerator in the basement comes in very handy. Just a short walk to my favorite Maine beach!

Our family of six currently resides in New Hampshire. We bought this lovely property in 2008 as a vaction home during summer break. We have fallen in love with Ogunquit so much that we bought another house in town and are currently renting this property so that other familes can create as many joyous memories as we have. We hope that you will enjoy the house as much as we have along with the amazing location.

This home is perfect for families.We are located at the end of a cul de sac in the quiet Foot Bridge Beach area on the north end of town. Simply park your car and start your vacation. Stroll into town by walking along the beach or relax in the private fenced in yard. We are only a 3 minute walk to one of New England's top rated beaches.
