One-bedroom apartment in historic 1860 home, located in the heart of the Oregon District three houses down from a park. Walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in Dayton, see the map of the area in the photos. Minutes by car to the University of Dayton and Wright State University. Internet is available.

The host was amazing and very responsive. He went above and beyond ti anwere some additional questions i had for accesibility. He was also very flexible with my late check in. Everything was ready to go at my convenience. Would definitely stay again.

The air conditioning was two window units and they worked very well, we ended up turning off the living room because it was kind of chilly. The one in the bedroom was a bit loud. Well decorated, perfect for our one night attending a wedding at the Dayton Art Institute. Perfect for a couple. The Art on the walls and mature plants both inside and out added to the experience. Cute, historic neighborhood. Nice outdoor area. Attentive property manager.

A great property which is well maintained and convenient to Dayton. We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy our time here. This most recent visit was good with the exception of an air conditioner issue and the loss of electricity twice. The resident manager was very helpful in resolving the issues.

Great property and location!

Thank you for a great stay! The place was very clean, well stocked with everything needed and beautiful! We really enjoyed the live plants, they made us feel even more at home. My only recommendation is to make the couch in the living room a fold out bed for an extra guest. Thank you!

Great location

Enjoyed my stay. The place was spacious and clean. Only problem was the A/C. Only 1 window unit in the bedroom, which blew a circuit breaker when using the microwave. It was 95 outside, the coolest it got in the living room was 80 during the day.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was as described. It was in an interesting neighborhood. There is a designated parking small. This was very nice. The wi-fi worked well. We had one small issue, the remotes batteries were dead. James came quickly with new batteries. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the neighborhood.

Wonderful, quiet, clean, and comfortable space. Easy street parking. Didn’t realize until I received the check-in message that there were multiple units, and it could have been communicated a bit more clearly that the entrance was on the side of the house toward the back, but I figured it out, and it was very easy entry from there! Appreciated the air conditioning for sure, but would have liked to be able to have more control over the temperature. All that said - it was a great stay, and I would stay here again! Very cozy, with lots of live plants, and a lovely area out back to relax. The bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed from towels to silverware was provided.
