House had a fully equipped kitchen, even has spices and coffee. beautiful house and view, better than pictures. The host, Eric, was very courteous and responds to you in minutes. Clean hot tub. Over all couldn't have asked for a better place. Close to so many things to do.

Beautiful property

The property was so perfect for our family get-together. There was so much room to spread out but had beautiful cozy common areas. The property manager is delightful and very responsive. Location to local activities is perfect.

Great Family Home

This house worked out wonderfully for our large family. It is in a great location, has lots of space, it was very clean and made us feel comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Very happy with our stay!

Excellent Retreat Option

We used this home for a short retreat which worked out perfectly! There are rooms and bathrooms for everyone, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and nearby amenities abound. The host was extremely friendly and communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, Spacious Home!

The home was perfect for our family wedding party. Everything was as advertised- very clean & everything worked beautifully. Our host Eric was always making sure we were taken care of. We are going to be staying here again!

Beautiful clean home with great floor plans on both floors and very spacious for large groups. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and more spacious than other VRBO’s in Cottonwood. Wish we could have had time to enjoy the hot tub. Backyard is big enough for badminton or volleyball games. Kitchen and dining room were perfect for us to hang out. Small things matter-like hooks in the showers, extra towels, portable fan, shampoo, cooking spices, dish soap, and food storage bags provided. Lots of storage space! Host was attentive with communication and our needs. I left my laptop behind and he was very understanding and helpful in getting it back to me. Location is a short drive from the popular tourist sights.

The perfect house!

This house was everything we asked for! Backyard, plenty of rooms and bathroom, bonus room space, stocked kitchen, and great location. We had a large group of adults and small children and they loved it! There are stairs if you have crawlers, but there is a extra fenced in yard right outside the front door to play too. The host had great communication and we couldn’t stop talking about how we would definitely be returning!

Why they chose this property

Owning a home in the quaint town of Cottonwood has been an absolute pleasure! The home is close to great local restaurants, shopping, hikes, kayaking, and wineries! Sedona is a short 20 min beautiful drive and has so much outdoor adventure to offer with some of the most iconic scenery in the world!

What makes this property unique

Our home is so special to us as it is large enough to host multiple families, and gives us an opportunity to spend time with family and friends in one of the most beautiful areas in the country. The home is so bright and full of life inside and out. The two master suites, two large living rooms, hot tub, fire pit, big yard and balcony, and basketball court make the home a great place to hang out and relax.
