Sanibel Surfside "Sunset" n ° 231 est le condominium de vacances le plus unique et spectaculaire !! Vraiment le seul en son genre, ce magnifique condo de 3 000 pieds carrés offre des vues vraiment incroyables sur le golfe !! Ce condo dispose de 3 chambres / 3. 5 salles de bains et toutes les chambres sont des suites parentales, chacune avec sa propre grande salle de bain privée pour plus d'intimité et de commodité. Le vaste salon et la salle à manger donnent sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique et offrent une vue imprenable depuis le dernier étage. Ils offrent un plan d'étage ouvert juste à côté de l'immense cuisine de plain-pied. Tous les matelas (2K et 2Q) ont été récemment remplacés, un réfrigérateur et un lave-vaisselle tout neufs ont été installés, ainsi que les nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat. Cette unité est également livré avec une cabane privée en bord de mer qui a des toilettes, une douche et une kitchenette, ainsi que le stockage pour toutes les fournitures de plage nécessaires (chaises, parasols, etc.) Sanibel Surfside est situé sur l'une des meilleures plages de bombardements au monde et à proximité de l'un des quais de pêche les plus célèbres de la Floride, au phare de Sanibel.

Les aménagements du condo incluent: 3 chambres / 3. 5 salles de bains - 2 lits King, 2 lits Queen (capacité de 6 personnes maximum), 4 télévisions à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, chaîne stéréo CD, accès Internet Wi-Fi et par câble gratuit, accès à une imprimante / un télécopieur / scanner, piscine chauffée commune laveuse et sécheuse, barbecues au gaz pour barbecue, shuffleboards, courts de tennis et de pickle board, ascenseurs, parking couvert, cabane privée devant le golfe. Animaux interdits. Draps et serviettes de bain inclus. Des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage et un parapluie sont fournis pour plus de commodité.

The location was perfect - best view of the ocean! The amenities and conveniences they provided were amazing and made our stay that much better! Very clean and updated condo! Very comfortable especially with family And children all together! Great vacation!

Beautiful Sanibel condo

We had never stayed on Sanibel Island before, and our family was impressed by the island, and this property in particular. There was so much room for our family, and the floor plan was perfect! It is an older condo, but well taken care of, with many amenities. We would definitely stay there again!

Spacious with Incredible Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably one of my favorite rentals we have ever had. The views of the beach were stunning... FROM EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE! I am not even sure how that is possible, but the stars aligned with this place. It does not feel like a condo, and the pictures don't do the size justice. The beds were super comfortable, the pool (we used the one next door as the condo's pool is still being redone) was heated and I believe salt water and was amazing. The beds were comfortable, and the home has been decorated beautifully. It is actually TWO units that are seamlessly connected. But would be great for a family that wants some separation between sleeping kids and night owl parents. There was no construction and it was extremely quiet. Access to the beach is RIGHT THERE, and the sand, sun and shells cannot be beat!

Our favorite place in Sanibel

This is our second time staying here—and it certainly won’t be our last. It’s a perfect condo for more than one couple—the layout is such that it makes socializing easy but also provides privacy. The location on the island is perfect—easy bike ride to anywhere. The pool is great! And we loved the recent upgrades to the unit’s cabana and all 4 condo bathrooms. Thanks for another memorable stay!
