Escape and relax in this beautiful 3-bedroom condo on Sanibel Island. With your private beach access, you can easily come and go to the beach for sunrise walks, quick swims and evening strolls.
This amazing property features an open layout, high ceilings and large windows allowing natural light throughout creating an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dry bar, washer/dryer and ample sleeping accommodations. The spacious screened lanai allows you to enjoy the outdoors. It's perfect for gatherings, outdoor dining, morning coffee, reading a book or enjoying nature whilst lounging away the afternoon.
Additionally, WIFI, 2 televisions, apple TV, and books are available for your reading pleasure. Parking enough for 2 cars, beach chairs, and available garage storage for beach toys, floats, tents and bikes.
Property has a beautiful private pool with loungers. A boardwalk leads you over natural vegetation down to a beautiful sandy beach. At the beach, you can stroll down to the lighthouse or meander at your leisure collecting shells and soaking up the salty sea air and sea breeze.
Morning walks to catch the sunrise and evening sunsets with friends are the perfect way to celebrate the day.
Owner is flexible with arrival days and times. On the day of departure, guests will need to plan to vacate before 10am to ensure adequate time to prepare for the next incoming guest.

Sanibel is the perfect escape - a place where time slows down and the stress of daily life truly melts away. The 11 condo community is private and quiet. We wake up to gentle sunlight coming through the blinds, the scent of salty sea air... and allow the hours to linger on with no obligations. It reminds me of how good it feels to simply... be.
