Adorable 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cottage (Suite A- Sleeps 6) with covered front porch LOCATED 320 Yards from the BEACH. Enjoy this completely remodeled home that Boasts Modern Kitchen with SS Appliances & Granite Counters along with Central Air, WIFI,Washer/Dryer & all your basic necessities. Enjoy your outdoor table along with Charcoal Grill-- Golf Cart Friendly too! Centrally located and minutes to restaurants, local shopping & activities. Snow birds welcome! We do allow 1 small dog that is 25 pounds and under. This is the only type of pet allowed. (NO CATS- Host is severely allergic)



Nestled in the Atlantic Beach section of North Myrtle Beach! This is a Beautiful
2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Remodeled, Fully Furnished Modern Cottage that can comfortably sleep 6. Gorgeous Cottage Boasts a light bright and airy floor plan with Ultra Modern Kitchen/Dining Room combo and a cozy living room along with a side patio where you will find a table and charcoal grill for you to enjoy!

We are Centrally located in Pearl Beach, a historic little town with a ton of history.
We are 320 Yards away to the Beach and just a short drive away you will find Golfing,Water Sports, Malls, Outlets, wineries and Yes, Delicious Restaurants! You must visit cute Main Street too!

Area attractions include but are not limited to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, Little River, and Calabash.
You will see we put a lot of love and care into our properties and we are very excited to share them with you and your family!

We love the fact that no matter the time of year, there is so much to do!!

We provide linens, blankets and towels to our guests. All bedding and towels are stored in the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room . All linens are cleaned and changed prior to your arrival.

Kitchen has all new appliances including dish washer and small appliances including a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, etc... The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and just about anything you need for cooking.
All you need is your clothes and an adventurous spirit!

***We rent to families and adult couples 25 and over. This is a non- smoking unit.

*****Absolutely No house parties or loud music permitted***.
We do allow 1 small dog that is 25 pounds and under. This is the only type of pet allowed. (NO CATS- Host is severely allergic)Snow birds welcome - Snowbird Season Sept 1st - May 1st! ( Monthly Rates Available)

Clean,convenient, nice and short distance to beach, and pet friendly!!! Small but roomy! Book all 4 cottages for the whole family! Will be going back! And the manager was real sweet and helpful!!

Nice place

The property was clean. There is a short 5 minute walk to the beach with a sidewalk leading all the way to the sand dunes. The host was easy to communicate with and the checkin process was simple.

Upon arrival and entering the property, I had a small amount of 'mixed emotion'. The 'excellent' part of the property is that the accommodation is well decorated ('beachy' look and feel), it's an approximate 3-5 minutes' walk to the beach (thumbs up!), it has its own private yard space with a grill and hose (say, to wash your car) at the side of the cottage off the kitchen entrance, and the property is 'off the beaten path' (you really have to drive slow to look for it or you'll drive right by it - lol), and is situation in the middle of everything 'Myrtle'. The reason for my 'mixed emotion' statement - and giving it 4 stars ('Good') - is due to the closeness of the two bedrooms (which isn't really a deal breaker), but primarily where the second bathroom is situated: in the kitchen! The living room and kitchen run together (in the fashion of many apartments). However, as the stove, sink, counter workspace and dishwasher are all set against the same back wall, it ends with the (second) bathroom immediately next to it (make sure the dishwasher door is closed prior to opening/closing the bathroom door to enter or exit it). In other words, you walk out of the bathroom and are standing in the [small] kitchen, which leaves little in the name of privacy for the individual using it. Otherwise - and again - this does not create a 'deal breaker' situation, as the positives of staying here far outweigh the cottage's "Oh, well!" points. . .and, yes, I would reserve it again.

We moved from Long Island to NEPA. In 2005. My husband and I met at the Culinary Institute of America so needless to say we love to cook!! We Have 2 beautiful kids and a pup named Bella. We love camping, soccer , fishing, hiking — anything outdoors really ! Although we are no longer Chefs , We both have been In the hospitality business our entire lives and absolutely love it !!

This is our "beach cottages" There are 4 units. We loved the idea that a big group such as a family reunion or sports tournament group etc.etc could also rent all together. We also loved that individual families could also just rent a cottage individually if they so desired.
