Located directly across the street from the beach, this condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 6 with 1 king, 1full and twin bunk beds.

This great property was just added to our rental program. It’s a first floor condo (no stairs) with a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience. This gem is located in Marsh Villas of Cherry Grove Beach. The condo has luxury vinyl flooring, custom white cabinetry, and has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The new owner has updated the property with beautiful beachy furnishings, new bedding, furniture, and mattresses. This unit sleeps 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 full and twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. Just forty steps from the door to the sand with beach access directly in front of the building. The small community boasts two pools (one chlorine and the other salt water), coin operated laundry onsite and a BBQ area for you to enjoy. At the rear of the building you will find the beautiful marsh. This property is in the heart of Cherry Grove and just down the street you can find a boat landing and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve which offers walking paths, observation docks, picnic shelters, and more. Nearby you will also find McLean Park for tennis, playgrounds, and walking paths.

Simply paradise. Beach right across street with Awesomely awesome Sunrises. Place was beautiful and had all we needed for our 11 day stay. The washer and dryer were the best because we came home with clean clothes! The shower was just my big concern for future guests. Make sure mat is used because it was so slippery that I fell right on my back. So happy I only sustained a few bruises and not a broken hip. So PLEASE keep mat in the tub. Beds were comfy. Very spacious but certainly not for 12 people who checked into a unit 2 days before we left and took over the pool. Probably would have been upset if it was the whole trip. Not sure how VRBO let that happen. With that said pools were great. Shade during the day was great for those who don't want lots of Sun. The IGA was walkable every morning for fresh baked Muffins as well as the Cherry Grove Pier. The Marsh walking pathes were nice with a unforgettable Sunset. We have been coming to Myrtle/North Myrtle/Surfside for 30 plus years. Truly loved this place and the location. Toilet in Laundry room sticks and needs a jiggle to fill. Dumpster close and ample parking. Air Conditioning was superb! Nice and cold! Thank you for a great time at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and return if the price is right. Miss it already.

Great family time

Unit was nice and short walk from beach! Pool was a nice addition for the kids. Had a great time. Would definitely stay again. Also the beds were comfortable.

Good Location

1-Furniture is very uncomfortable 2-After showering we noticed a lot of dust on the wall 3- the bathroom in the queen room is very very tiny 4- we had drain gnats. We called and they said they would send somebody with traps nobody came we called the next day and then they came with traps. It did help some 5- public access is across the street very close but there is a hill to get onto the beach. It’s not that steep but if you have trouble walking you do not want to use the hill. We paid to park in Public parking. The hill is hard to carry all your stuff back to car 6- The remotes needed batteries but we did not call about that also the TV in the bunk room would not turn on 7-the bunk room has very large furniture so it is hard to move around in that room but the beds were comfy in there 8-we never did hear noise while in the condo 9- The tub has a weird shape so be carful when getting in. It could use some grips on the bottom to help with the tub being slick 10-the pool is nice but not a lot of chairs 11-the kitchen was nice 12- The queen bed is a very soft bed as it has a foam topper it is hard to move once you are in the bed Overall we had a great time and the stay was pleasant

Carolina Beach

Well overall we were not the happiest with this place. The pictures online were definitely amazing and that was what we expected. Upon checkin we arrived early and were told we could possibly get a early check in but never did. After arriving back for our keys, we were given the wrong condo keys and place we were to stay. Once in the condo it smelled like smoke and had sand throughout the carpets. After being in the place for a hour we then discovered 1 out of 3 of the cable boxes worked. The hall to this place had a lot of foot traffic to the pool. The toilet in the master bedroom would continuously run and the bed mattress in the master bed was horrible. After sending a message thru Vrbo someone finally came out by Tuesday to adress some things but even then the cable boxes didn’t work properly and the toilet still ran. One last thing was the air filter to the AC was completely black and didn’t look like it was changed for a long time. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this condo again.

Well Appointed Condo

Very nice and convenient ground floor space in mid-Cherry Grove marsh area. Convenient to mostly north end of NMB & Little River areas. Primary bedroom foam mattress (king) needs a platform underneath (not a box spring) or to be completely replaced, extremely uncomfortable. Couple of minor supplies needed (scissors); I replaced broken wooden dish strainer. Overall a very nice comfortable unit. 👍👍

Nice condo in Cherry Grove

We enjoyed this condo and having room for our family of 4. The kids room had three beds to choose from and the kitchen and living room area was really nice. Washer and dryer are a bonus! We’ve been coming to Cherry grove for many years and love the location of Marsh Villas. This condo is on the first floor and near the pool. Great spot!

Cozy place at the beach

This place was all I expected. Great location just across the street from the beach, pool access was easy and convenient. Overall I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, no disappointments at all.

Impromptu Spring Break 2023

This property was very cute, it had 4 rolls of toilet paper a roll of paper towels and each bathroom had us stocked up on towels for our 3 night stay, there was 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids. The kids enjoyed the pool and out access to the beach was literally steps away. The beach was nice not very crowded and clean. Over all our stay was wonderful!! 5 stars 🌟

Overall clean, mattresses were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having linens and cleaning included!! Do not leave shoes in hallway with beach chairs, we had a brand new pair of reef sandals stolen from outside our door while nothing else was touched.

Good place

We really enjoyed the stay! Alexa in the room was super helpful for weather and food recommendations! The king bed wasn’t very comfortable, but small things. Super pleased that they had a washer and dryer in the unit. Staff was super friendly and helpful at check-in!

Marsh Villas Stay

Overall, this property is nice and we enjoyed it. When we checked in, I noticed that the sheets on the king size bed had a dark hair on them. There was also a dark hair in the shower in the master bathroom. There were also red stains on the floor and a yellow substance on the edge of the master bedroom carpet. Also, the guide button did not work on any of the remote controls. Lastly, the screen door to the patio was rusted and off the track. We tried to get it back on the track but couldn't. It was too old and rusted. The parking lot is right outside the master bedroom, so you hear everyone outside (talking, car doors and cars, motorcycles and golf carts going by). Also, there are no curtains on the blinds in the master bedroom, so it is rather light in the room even when it is totally dark outside. That room needs curtains. Lastly, the mattress in the bedroom to the left of the master bedroom had a terrible mattress. It was soft, saggy and leaned down toward the ground on one side. A new, good mattress is needed.
