Private Beachfront Estate w/Heated Pool on Pink Sand Beach

Endless Summer is a private 5-bedroom, 5-bath estate on secluded pink sand beach in Double Bay, just 15 minutes from the historic town of Governor's Harbour. Endless Summer has a beautiful new (heated) beachfront pool.

This grand home's great room boasts floor to ceiling windows, allowing unobstructed ocean views from the living and dining areas. The kitchen, which also has ocean views, is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking a family meal. The great room looks out across the vast ocean-view and pool-view patio, which extends the full lenth of the house and is furnished for outdoor lounging, dining, and grilling.

Back inside, two bedrooms are located on each side of the large great room, allowing for privacy for multiple family rentals. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer an en suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a bathroom across the hall.

Two of the bedrooms, including the master, have ocean views and access to the ocean-view patio. The extra-large master bedroom features a sitting area with French doors leading to the patio and an oversized suken tub. Two of the bedrooms, including the master, have king beds, and two have queen beds.

A short walk from the back patio brings you to the pool, and just past it, our beautiful 2-mile-long pink-sand beach with a private palapa. Kayaks, snorkel equipment, beach toys, beach towels and four beach chairs are available for your use. An outdoor shower is available on your way back to the house to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Endless Summer's fifth bedroom is in a one-bedroom cottage with an ocean view located a short walk from the main house. It's available for an extra charge of $900 per week, which also pays for two extra guests. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, a full bath, a living room with a sofa, chair, and flat screen TV with DVD player, a dining area, and a kitchenette. The guest cottage even has its own path to the beach for extra privacy. If you rent the Main House but do not need the guest cottage, it will be locked off and NOT rented to someone else. You will not have to share the estate with other guests.

Endless Summer also has two rollaway beds for extra guests, giving the house a maximum capacity of 12 guests.

Endless Summer is equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities include central air conditioning, back-up generator, satellite TV (in the great room only), a DVD player with video library, WiFi, a stereo system with CD player, and a library of books and games. Housekeeping is provided once during a one-week stay.

Rates are on a sliding scale based on the number of guests. We set the rates this way to make the property more affordable for smaller groups who use less utilities and put less wear and tear on the house. If you enter the correct number of guests, the reservation system will calculate the rates correctly.
