Football Homebase - 2023

Cute and Cozy home located near Michigan Stadium and Downtown Ann Arbor. Our house has a beautiful backyard - perfect for entertaining. Includes; large deck, courtyard with BBQ. We have a beautifully updated kitchen, two tv rooms with large comfortable couches.

Our house is a short bike or bus ride to the Stadium. Walking distance to Knights Steakhouse, Vets park, Plum Market, and other nearby amenities.

Our cat will be staying in the home, he is an indoor/outdoor cat. This is the perfect house to entertain friends during football season or during one of Ann Arbors many events.

Large deck and outdoor area with bbq, game room with a professional poker table.Our house is also equipped for a family-friendly stay with many toys and safe areas for children.

This is our family home, so please remember to respect it as your own. You will have the house to yourself - we will only be a phone call away for any questions.

Sal, our cat, will be at the house. He is an indoor/outdoor cat and has automatic feeder/water both indoors and outdoors. He does not need any caretaking during your stay, he is very self-sufficient :)

You will have the entire house to yourself, please remember it's our home so our personal items will be there. There will be a dedicated fridge and closet space in both bedrooms, but will be along side our belongings.

Please feel free to entertain friends in our home, but please remember to be courteous and respectful to our property. No smoking inside the house is allowed.
