Less than 2 miles from The Big House! A short drive to downtown and the Michigan campus, this beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to most main roads. A great place to stay for a friends-reunion or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekends or sporting event.

The house was completely redone in 2019, furnished in every room with a simple and clean look in mind, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The home has three bedrooms with four beds and an additional blow up queen mattress in the basement if needed. The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests for your safety and comfort. Nice ranch in lovely neighborhood

I stayed a week as my house was undergoing renovations. I am from the area and loved being so close to everything (shopping, restaurants, etc) home was clean, neat and well appointed.

Perfect spot on a quiet street

Enjoyed our stay and wouldn't change a thing! There was everything we needed regarding linens and kitchen gadgets. The host was really easy to reach and easy to work with.

Very nice house

This house is spacious and well maintained. It really is a hidden gem. Very clean, very nicely laid out, well furnished with everything you might need, and the host was very helpful, too. We arrived in the middle of some very bad winter weather and the power had gone out minutes before we got there. The host was on top of communicating with us about options. Fortunately the power came back on within just a few minutes of our arrival and all was well. If we come back to this area again, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Home away from home

Thank you for sharing your home with my family. Our stay was perfect! We were able to get my son situated in his U-M dorm and check out the area. We enjoyed cooking breakfast together as well as watching the game. Go Blue!!!

I have owned and operated several short-term rental homes in the Ann Arbor area for several years and am now offering reservations through VRBO! Why they chose this property

This property is in a safe and quiet family-orientated neighborhood. It is located on the west side of Ann Arbor and is just two homes away from a street called Scio that will quickly lead you to Main Street. The house is beautiful. It was completely renovated in early 2019 and is well-kept. The home is professionally cleaned between each and every visit.
