Convenient and Comfortable

Third floor walkup.. well equipped with coffe pot, wine glasses, kitchen cleaning supplies. Front door lock old and hard to see numbers and bathrooms a little dated but overall a good rental.

Great place !

We just stayed for a month. We had a fantastic time checking out the beaches and restaurants, spending time with family, and everything else that Pawleys island has to offer. Huntington Beach state park is fantastic and Atalaya is a must see.

The studio was very clean and conveniently located to local amenities. Property owner was very helpful, checking in process was easy. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Condo was well stocked. Great access to the pool. Was disappointed with the condition of some of the furniture and the paint in the place is in not too good of shape. The whole place needs TLC. Icemaker was broken, sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. Appreciate the fact you can bring pets but cats had clawed the chairs up pretty bad. The property manager isn’t paying enough attention to detail. I hate to be negative but after visiting many rentals over the years we felt it was sort of a let down. Really like Pawley’s Island though.

Clean, Quiet, Safe, and Accurately Described

Our stay at the Pawleys Island condo was enjoyable. We stayed in Jan/Feb of 2024. The place was clean, and the checkin process was simple. The place was exactly as described, and communication with the owner was excellent. The location couldn’t have been better. A quiet top-rated golf course in the backyard, and a pool & jacuzzi across the street made this a pleasant place for our 2 months In Myrtle Beach area.

Reconnecting with family

We visited with a longtime resident of Pawleys Island and our Uncle and Aunt flew in from Texas. Other than it being bike week and everything being covered with people and bikes it was a wonderful visit with great weather. The unit was exceptional with very nice neighbors.

Excellent location and good value

The unit is spacious and has everything you need. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. Excellent location about 2 miles to Pawley’s Island proper and only about 1 mile to Ocean Hwy shops and restaurants. Wiuld definitely stay here again!

Great location

It was a nice place and great location. Could have been cleaner, i found hair in made bed and dust and hair balls like it hadnt had a deep clean in awhile. Tv also didnt work in guest bedroom. Outside porch could use a good cleaning.

What a vacation!!

Well the area itself is awesome with the pools, golf etc but the condo made the trip. It was very clean, everything we needed was there, the owners were very responsive to all of our questions. We will be making sure to book the same place next year!

perfect getaway

This was a nice condo i a quiet place, quick drive to the beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed two peaceful evenings having breakfast each morning on the little deck overlooking a golf course.

Found at the southernmost end of the Grand Strand, Pawleys Island is one of the most historic resort communities on the east coast. It was once the summer home to wealthy pre-Civil War rice planters, and there are still twelve residences, which date from the late 1700s to the mid-1800s, intact in the historic district. Pawleys Island is proudly referred to as “arrogantly shabby,” as residents revel in its simple charms and natural beauty. Those charms rub off on visitors who enjoy the community’s unique shops, restaurants, and slower pace.

Home to three of America’s top 100 public golf courses. So, enjoy a walk on Pawleys’ delightful stretch of white beach, or kick off your shoes and enjoy lounging in one of the area’s popular rope hammocks. Do a little shopping at the Hammock Shops, home to many local boutiques and gift stores as well as local restaurants .
