Claire Villa by Younger Villas & Resorts boasts four AC Ensuite bedrooms within a newly renovated colonial villa with fast fiberoptic WIFI throughout the villa. The two mirrored master bedroom suites enjoy large king size 4 poster beds with daybed sofa seating, minibar fridge, fully opening glass French doors onto private veranda with more seating for inside outside living, ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks and his and hers showers and a luxury bath all outside under the jungle canopy. The third bedroom enjoys large king size bed and high ceilings with ensuite shower and bathroom. The fourth bedroom (the owners suite) is a separate from the main villa and a more private space with queen size bed, ensuite toilet, outside bath and shower and a large desk space for remote working. The villa living room has a large 65 inch smart TV and sofa seating area surrounded by antique colonial furniture and carefully selected artwork, a lovely space to relax with friends and family. In the lush tropical gardens we have a 45 feet infinity pool with jacuzzi seating and baja shelf, massage spa fountains and waterfall cascades, with sunbeds to relax and enjoy the tropical climate. The dining veranda offers space to enjoy a freshly prepared meal from our menu with friends and family and more outside seating to enjoy the views of the lush gardens. In the mornings and evenings make use of the villas yoga shala and massage facilities with a yoga class or Ayurvedic massage.

The property is fully staffed to cater to all of your needs during your stay with Younger Villas & Resorts so that you get the maximum enjoyment from your holiday in Sri Lanka. There’s a Villa Manager, Chef, House Keeping, Servers, Door Man & Grounds Keeper. Giving you the best possible experience during your stay, anything you need they will arrange for you. Concierge services range from organising tuk-tuks, taxis & scooter rental, boat trips, yoga lessons, Ayurvedic massage treatments, cooking classes, whatever activities you want to enjoy during your stay & our chef is available to prepare a wide range of delicious meals from our menu.

Please note that this property is fully staffed and staff require access to the shared spaces in order to complete their duties and operate and maintain the villa to a high standard. Security is in operation on the property 24/7. Food & drink is available from our menu prepared by our chef or there is a daily kitchen charge (staff will still require access to the villa kitchen for staff meals). Management operations may be completed from the site office. There is an outside shared bathroom for use by staff.
