The large bathroom is located in the hall conveniently between both bedrooms with a bonus toilet in the garage giving you 2 toilets. Two huge porch areas overlooking the beautiful St. Augustine grass with lots of shade trees provides the perfect hangout spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage.
