Las Casitas on Magnolia Beach is a Chalet style Duplex that holds two different Casitas that our guest can rent individually or together (if both are available). They have two separate listings to identify them for renting purposes, Casita A and Casita B. This listing is to rent Casita B
Casita B is a charming 380 SF one bedroom, one bath Chalet style Casita that has everything you need to have a relaxing getaway to the Texas Gulf Coast. Being that Las Casitas on Magnolia Beach are only 300 ft to the shore of Matagorda Bay and has huge picture windows, it allows our guest to enjoy amazing views of Sunrises over the Bay, Sunsets over Marsh Land, views of passing ships, sightings of many varieties of birds and even views of the occasional visit of dolphins... all sitting with your cup of coffee inside the Casita or Balcony. Built in 2019, Casita B has an efficient and cozy floor plan, fully equipped Kitchen, comfortable bed, soft linens and towels, Fiber Wi-Fi, Roku TV in the bedroom, great AC and Heating, plenty of parking for vehicles/boats/trailers among other amenities. Just a great set up to have a comfortable and relaxing time while you getaway from your daily routine. Having a Queen Size Bed and Sleeper Sofa this cozy Casita can accommodate comfortably 3 guests.
On Check-In day, once the space is ready for your group, I will contact you with a unique access code to open the door. Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 11 AM.
We might not meet personally, but our House Manager lives on property grounds only few steps from the house. She is friendly, observant of our guests needs, knowledgeable of the area and will always try to assist through guest stay.
Magnolia Beach is a tucked away community that is perfect to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Driving down Ocean Drive will give you a sense of being in a peninsula with the Bay on one side and Marsh Land and Bayous on the other side. The spotting of a variety birds or dolphins is unreal. This is a true disconnect type of place, so even though is ideal for fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, biking, birding and so on you will need to bring your gear.
Magnolia Beach Park is the only Sea Shell Public Beach in Texas. Make sure to bring water shoes to get in the water or walk the shore.
This area is loaded with 1700s Texas History, since the most important port at the moment was in Indianola. Many German Immigrants came through the Indianola Port. The port was destroyed by several Hurricanes in the 1800s. You can still drive by the ruins of the Court House of the growing town that once was.
Car is the best way to get around, since most Restaurants and stores are 10-20 minutes away. You are welcome to
bring your toys (Golf cart, ATV, Boat, Kayaks etc), we have plenty of room to park them and our community allows their use with common sense rules.
Magnolia Beach/Indianola is the best to go fishing, crabbing, kayaking, cyclin, boating, bird watching but please, bring your needed gear for your preferred activity because as a true gem for real outdoor experiences that Magnolia Beach is, there is not a place to rent the gear yet, in the works but not yet available.
Before giving access to any of our unit we require to receive a valid ID sent directly to me, your Host, not just Airbnb.
There are 19 steps to get to the unit, no elevator available.
House does NOT have a private pier.
Most Restaurants are over 15 miles from Magnolia Beach, plan your meals around your day visits to town or bring food to prepare, our Kitchen is well equipped with the essentials to prepare all of your meals at our Casitas. We also have a charcoal grill available for our guests to use on ground level.
Bring water shoes to walk on the beach or get in the water. Our beach has tiny sea shells as sand, it will be uncomfortable to walk barefoot.
Bring mosquito repellent, sometimes it's a MUST to be able to be outside.
For safety of our property we have surveillance cameras on entrance points to the house as well as around our property. Our surveillance cameras will also record if there are unauthorized pets or more guests than what the reservation was made for. Extra charges may be assessed or guest could be asked to leave the property.
My husband and I are living next to the Casitas and will be able to support you through your stay weather you need an extra towel or if you need any area recommendations... Ask us, we are always happy to help!
Must be 23 years or older to be able to book the property. Must send a picture of a valid ID directly to host. Host will not give access to the guest without receiving the ID.
UNREGITERED GUESTS: Only guests registered on the reservation are the amount of guests allowed at the property at any given time. Having more guests than what the reservation was made for is a violation to the Reservation Agreement and House Rules, charges of $75/per additional person per night will be assessed or immediate termination of your stay and there will be NO refund.
RESERVATIONS LONGER THAN 28 DAYS: Guests will be required to complete and deliver to the host a signed lease agreement, a questionnaire with personal information and a security deposit. If the required documents are not delivered to the host within 72 hours after the reservation is completed on Airbnb, the reservation will be canceled on behalve of the guest for non compliance.
USE OF THE OWNER'S PERSONAL PIER: The owner's of the home live next door and have a personal pier that they give access to their guests staying at any of their 7 rentals on this location. Owner has the right to deny access to guests that do not follow the following common sense guidelines:
1) Only guests registered on the reservation can have access to Owner's Personal Pier. Friends/Family of the guests not registered to stay at the vacation home may NOT access/use Owner's Personal Pier.
2) Keep the gate of the pier locked at all times.
3) The use of the pier is not exclusive for this listing, owners share it with other vacation homes, we expect our guests to be kind and considerate of the fishing space other guests are using. Occupying all of the rod holders by one guest is not acceptable.
4) Dispose of any leftover bait in the bay, do not leave it on the cutting table or place it on trash cans.
5) Before leaving the pier, remove from the water any bait buckets, fish on strings or crab traps.
6) Clean your area before leaving the pier and take any trash you created with you.
NO PETS: Any pets in the unit will result in a fine of $250.00, and immediate termination of guest's stay without refund.
SMOKING: No smoking of ANY kind in the house or near doors. If smell or burnt marks are found in the property, host will seek a $500 cleaning fee plus any additional costs of replacing the damaged property. Smoking Marijuana on the property grounds will result in immediate termination of guests' stay, without refund.
We have no tolerance for criminal behavior. Any illegal activities, acts of violence, loud arguments or fighting will result in immediate termination of your stay and there will be no refund. The same is true if the police is called to the unit.
The space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owner's control, including but not limited to: power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the owner's control, owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest's responsibility to notify the owner IMMEDIATELY if there are any problems and allow owner to rectify the issue. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame or if the issue was notified to the owner after the guest stay ended.
Guests will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems caused by actions of Guest, pet or any one in their group.
Check-In is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Time before Check-In or after Check-Out can only be arranged the night before. In the case that extra hours are approved, guests agree to pay $30 per extra hour. Payment must be received by Host before the additional time can be in effect.
Do not clean fish inside the rental. Dispose fish, fish parts or bait in the bay, NEVER IN ANY TRASH CONTAINERS.
Quiet hours are from 11 PM - 9 AM. This rule does not apply during Holidays such as Independence Day or New Year’s Eve, the whole community will be celebrating.
Guest and guest's invitees shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless the owners, managers and business entity acting on behalf of the owners from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death) for the use of the property as vacation home, amenities, facilities, grounds, fishing pier and/or equipment used during guests stay while on our property or outside of our property. The indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgements, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.

I am originally from Puerto Rico living in Magnolia Beach, TX. I love meeting people, cultures, food and being in nature. I am usually drawn to the water, sunrise and sunsets. This is why we chose to call Magnolia Beach our home since it's a beautiful community on Matagorda Bay. My husband and I are both very laid back, and very spontaneous, specially with our travels, so we usually book things on a moments notice. We hope to provide our guests with a great stay experience in our little piece of heaven on earth. Hope to meet you soon, it will be fun!

Our Casita B is the perfect space for a single traveling professional on business or a Couple wanting a relaxing getaway to the Texas Gulf Coast. Less than 300 ft from the bay shore you will enjoy great views of the bay from the comfort of our Casita. Comfy beds, soft/clean bedding, great hot shower, fast WiFi, fully eqquiped kitchen, 44" HD Roku TV and beautiful views.
