Peace and quiet in our cozy in law suite all to yourself. Close to all that West Palm Beach has to offer. Less than 10 minutes to the beautiful beaches Singer Island, Phil Foster scuba diving trail and Peanut Island. Walk to Park Avenue and enjoy Kelsey Theater, The Brewhouse Gallery or Locale Gastropub and more! Enjoy the quick drive to downtown Palm Beach and City Place that includes plenty of shopping, clubs, restaurants, theaters and world renowned golf.

No pets permitted.

Sleeping space for 6 people including two queen beds and a full size pull out sofa. Dining/work area, sofa and large closet for storage. The bathroom has a step in shower. Outdoor seating including a propane grill (utencils provided) in your private yard. The suite offers a full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot and filters, toaster, waffle maker, dishware, silverware, cups and mugs.

Your reservation books the entire space for only you. The studio is attached to main home but the only shared area is the driveway which offers one off street parking spot, a second parking spot is available on street.

Gated private entrance to fully fenced in yard and direct private code locked suite access.
