Ce magnifique 4Úme étage entiÚrement rénové face au Golfe, 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain, condo de 2400 pieds carrés est idéalement situé à proximité de tous les restaurants et attractions, mais assez loin de toutes les foules. La plage et le golfe vue est tout à toi et partagés avec seulement quelques autres. Profitez du coucher de soleil ou le lever du soleil au large des 2 grandes terrasses en front de mer. Ce grand plan d'étage ouvert est parfait pour 2 familles ou une grande famille à partager. Détendez-vous aprÚs une journée ludique dans le surf ou une longue promenade sur la plage dans le salon cossu avec canapé en cuir de,
plancher en bambou, et TV / stĂ©rĂ©o zone de divertissement. La grande salle Ă  manger et le bar est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine nouvellement rĂ©novĂ© entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour vos besoins de restauration. Un petit coin pittoresque surplombe l'Ăźle pendant que vous profitez de votre cafĂ© du matin. Une buanderie avec une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse et une salle de bain supplĂ©mentaire avec carrelage italien, granit bleu comptoirs, personnalisĂ© promenade dans la douche avec des tĂȘtes de duel, jets de corps et vapeur sauna. Les deux chambres Ă  la gauche de la salle de sĂ©jour sont un golfe chambre de maĂźtre avant avec un lit queen, et un bureau avec un lit de jour, et une autre chambre avec lits jumeaux. Salle de bain principale a des comptoirs en granit, la tuile italienne, une douche personnalisĂ© avec jets de corps et un bain Ă  remous. Les deux chambres Ă  droite de la salle Ă  manger sont une chambre de maĂźtre Golfe frontale avec une reine et une salle de bains privative, et une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et chacun a sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e magnifiquement conçu.
Nous avons des chaises de plage, parasol, et des jouets de plage pour votre usage. Sea Oats est situé dans le Viewpoint Condominium, un bùtiment de 4 étages avec ascenseur, un bùtiment sécurisé avec code d'accÚs, un parking couvert, un accÚs à la promenade en bois sur la plage, une douche et un grill extérieurs. The condo was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room four our families and everything we could need. The description was spot on— we were very impressed with the decor and comfort of each room. We stayed for 3nights, the unit was good, clean and spacious.Great view and complete kitchen pans and utensils.Thank you for extra chairs and beach equipments.The only thing, was the Aircondition needs upgrade some rooms were warm, we had to call maintenance the following day and also the main door it was hard to lock from outside.Communication from management was okey. Overall we had a great time and we enjoyed our stay.Thank you Diana for a quick response and keep up the great work!

Spacious and Scenic!

Huge, beautifully-decorated, condo with a wonderful view and instant beach access. We were 3 generations meeting up from different locations, and the layout and number of baths and bedrooms were perfect! Freshly painted, spotlessly clean, lots of beach equipment, and 2 balconies to enjoy — even when the weather wasn’t great. Quiet area, yet a quick drive to groceries and great restaurants. Highly recommend, even “off season”, as we did.

We came to Florida for a soccer tournament. There were 10 of us who stayed at this property. There was plenty of room. Very Clean and the view was breath taking. The owner was so helpful. Anything we needed she went out of her way to help. This will not be my last stay here.

Nice property but a few problems

Location was perfect but elevator was not working when we got there (and never was fixed during our stay). Thank goodness we were only on the second floor. AC unit went out during our stay. Property management was very prompt on repair response but frustrating to say the least. Beds- mattresses very squeaky and not firm - probably need replacing. Overall- we would probably stay there again- elevator and ac unit problems are rare (our timing was bad) but would like to see beds updated

The elevator did go out on the last day but obviously that's nobody's fault thibgs loke this happen. The beach supplies were plenty for the 7 of us( umbrellas chairs floaties etc) and we enjoyed our time!
