Este hermoso segundo piso del frente del Golfo completamente renovado, 4 dormitorios, 4 baños, condominio de 2400 pies cuadrados está convenientemente ubicado cerca de todos los restaurantes y atracciones, pero lo suficientemente lejos de todas las multitudes. La playa y el Golfo Vista es todo tuyo y compartieron con sólo unos pocos otros. Disfrute de la puesta de sol o el amanecer de los 2 grandes patios frente a la playa. Este gran plan de piso abierto es ideal para 2 familias o 1 familia grande para compartir. Relájese después de un día lúdico en el surf o un largo paseo por la playa en el salón de felpa con sofá de cuero de,
pisos de bambú, y el área de entretenimiento de TV / estéreo. La amplia zona de comedor y el bar está justo fuera de la cocina recién remodelada totalmente equipada para sus necesidades gastronómicas. Un pintoresco rincón de desayuno con vistas a la isla mientras disfruta de su café de la mañana. Un área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora y un baño adicional con azulejos italianos, encimeras de granito azul, personalizado pie en la ducha con cabezales de duelo, chorros de cuerpo y sauna de vapor. Las dos habitaciones a la izquierda de la sala de estar son un dormitorio Golfo Maestro delantero con una cama de matrimonio, y una oficina con una cama de día, y otro dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Baño principal tiene encimeras de granito, azulejos italianos, un encargo de la ducha con chorros de cuerpo y bañera de hidromasaje. Las dos habitaciones a la derecha de la zona de comedor hay un dormitorio principal Frente al golfo con una cama queen y baño privado, y un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y cada uno tiene su propio cuarto de baño muy bien diseñado.
Tenemos sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de playa para su uso. Sea Oats está ubicado en Viewpoint Condominium, un edificio de 4 pisos con ascensor, un edificio seguro con código de acceso, estacionamiento cubierto, acceso a la playa con paseo marítimo de madera y ducha y parrilla al aire libre. No hay piscina

We stayed for 3nights, the unit was good, clean and spacious.Great view and complete kitchen pans and utensils.Thank you for extra chairs and beach equipments.The only thing, was the Aircondition needs upgrade some rooms were warm, we had to call maintenance the following day and also the main door it was hard to lock from outside.Communication from management was okey. Overall we had a great time and we enjoyed our stay.Thank you Diana for a quick response and keep up the great work!

Nice property but a few problems

Location was perfect but elevator was not working when we got there (and never was fixed during our stay). Thank goodness we were only on the second floor. AC unit went out during our stay. Property management was very prompt on repair response but frustrating to say the least. Beds- mattresses very squeaky and not firm - probably need replacing. Overall- we would probably stay there again- elevator and ac unit problems are rare (our timing was bad) but would like to see beds updated

The place was spacious for our family of 6 and it was clean. The views were gorgeous and sitting on the decks were a favorite. It had everything we needed including beach gear. The beach was quick access so we could set up at the beach and go back and forth as often as we needed. Only thing was it would have been nice to have access to the kayak. We had some beautiful days for it. We would stay again and highly recommend. It was a wonderful week.
