Exclusivo de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, Townhome tiene un cómodo acceso con pasarela de playa al Golfo de México. La playa está a pocos pasos de la puerta de atrás. Esta es la escapada perfecta a la playa para disfrutar de las playas blancas y las aguas verde esmeralda. Ubicado en el segundo piso hay tres dormitorios. La gran Queen Master Suite tiene un balcón con impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México, una relajante sala de estar con sofá y TV de pantalla plana y baño privado personalizado con tocador con lavamanos doble, cabina de ducha personalizada. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen con televisión de pantalla plana. El tercer dormitorio tiene 3 camas individuales. Ubicado en el salón principal hay un baño completo con bañera / ducha combinada para que ambos dormitorios compartan. Ubicado en el piso principal cuarto dormitorio de invitados Queen con televisión de pantalla plana. Baño completo con plato de ducha ubicado en hall principal. Esta propiedad cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, ropa de cama, lavadora / secadora, parrilla de carbón, estacionamiento debajo de la casa de la ciudad, inalámbrico, cable, televisión de pantalla plana, sillas de playa y sombrilla. Salga a uno de los balcones privados y escuche el sonido de las olas rompiendo en la playa, los delfines jugando en las olas o mirando los barcos que pasan. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 11, (5 small kids) enjoyed our week at Sea Side Villa! The house is well-equipped- beautiful towels, a great kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, nice washer and dryer- We had plenty of room to hang out together. The balconies are great, the views are stunning, and the beach is the prettiest. Location was perfect, we visited Navarre's awesome Zoo- close up to the animals made it fun for the kids, highly recommend. The Aquarium was great, too. Easy drive to parks, ice cream, restaurants, the pier, and even to Pensacola to the museum. So much to do, we loved it. The best part was watching every sunrise AND sunset from our balcony everyday. This beach house was perfect and we will be back.

This property is beautiful! I could not have asked for a better stay or location. Four bedroom, three bathroom. Huge dining room table with 10 chairs. They have a high chair if you need it. There is a pack and play in the closet of one of the bedrooms, if you need it. There are beach accessories in the storage room underneath the house. The beach is practically private, with only other renters of townhomes next to you on the beach. I just cannot say enough. Absolutely stunning!

The team was very responsive with any questions we had. Golf carts were delivered the day we requested. House was VERY clean. The closet had all the things we needed to enjoy the beach every day. Pathway was clear for easy access. The kitchen was large and spacious for all us girls to cook and chat. We will definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great for access to the beach. Property was clean and pretty well stocked with everything needed, included beach towels. Kitchen had most everything needed for cooking, could use a few items like teaspoons which is a minor item. Dishwasher went out, but management came and washed dishes one day after contacting them, then replaced the dishwasher within two days. Has downstairs storeroom with beach chairs and many other beach items for guests use. Would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway to relax

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Villa. The house was comfortable and clean. Perfect location. The beach was beautiful and so close to the house. The house had everything we needed to relax and unwind at the beach.

Family vacation

The house is exactly as it says beautiful with beautiful views of the gulf. Plenty of room for everyone. The breezway makes it so easy to get all your things to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

Sea Side Villa is awesome!

This place was amazing!! It perfectly accommodated our family of eight adults and one toddler. It was clean and bright and well maintained. The beds were comfortable with plenty linens. Also lots of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and pots and pans. On top of all of this is the view. The beautiful gulf is just out your back door.

Peaceful oasis!

This place was so clean and very confortable! We had a family of 10 and had plenty of room! Beautiful view of the ocean with great access to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

We are in love!

Wow! We have stayed in dozens of beach houses over the years…Sea Side is definitely our new favorite! Spotless, well appointed, with easy and private beach access. Just amazing! We already have plans for coming back next year.

Highly recommended. The outdoor shower area at the base of the stairs was an unexpected treat, especially if you have kids coming back from the beach.

When we arrived we had wine picked from a place in the area, flowers, and chocolate! Our family stayed half the time and we stayed alone the other half. The house was perfect for our entire stay. Thank you guys so much. The home was also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need!

Beautiful place on a beautiful beach

Everything was great! Honestly it was better in person. The pictures are kindof dark. Everything is much brighter when you get there. Being right on the beach was amazing! We had all of our kids here for our wedding and we wouldn’t change a thing. I would warn older folks or people that struggle with stairs because there are a lot of them but it was nice to get the excercise. Chad will be a great help if you have any questions or need anything.

Wonderful property. ~100 feet from the property line to the water. Good owners. Very firm beds-probably good for people who like that, but it’s not for everyone.

Top notch!

This property is exactly as listed. Very roomy for 6 adults, 4 children, and an infant. The master bedroom has a vented closet big enough to comfortably fit the pack and play for our 4 month old. The location could not be beat and the boardwalk to the beach is brand new and our wagon easily rode up and down it. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing, very clean, child friendly and stocked with all of the essentials. Shops and restaurants were near but far enough away to stay out of the hustle and bustle. VERY RELAXING!!!!

Fantastic Property!

This was our first time staying in Navarre and although the weather wasn’t on our side the location and property were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of linens, and everything was clean any tidy. We really enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset.
