Welcome to our fully stocked, beautiful, and bright home in Farmington! Boasting a fully stocked kitchen, walkable neighborhood, stylish new furniture, 1 king bed, and 3 queen beds. Your pets will enjoy the fenced yard with a dog door. Only 5 minutes to Lagoon and even less to Station Park! Legacy Trail, Farmington Bay Waterfowl, and several ski resorts are only 10-45 minutes away. Utilize our full kitchen, washer/dryer, and BBQ area. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. Property manager (Michelle) was communicative and responded rapidly to our needs. Very helpful.The only major complaint we were left with was that none of the windows on the ground floor (with the exception of the front windows have blinds or curtains to provide more privacy from neighbors and passers-by who could see right into the living room, kitchen, etc. The lack of curtains in the kitchen was also a problem in the morning as there was no way to stop the sun from blinding you.

This house was great for our group heading to Lagoon. Five minutes from Lagoon, shopping and restaurants near by. It was perfect. The house was roomy and comfortable.

Memorial Day trip to Lagoon

This was a great place to stay for a trip to Lagoon. Located very close to Lagoon, many food options close by. Quiet neighborhood and clean property with everything you need.

Utah Jan Ski getaway

Needed to stay close to a friend in Farmington. Property was just the right distance. Also easy to get to Big/Little Cottonwood Skiareas as well as Snowbasin. Kitchen well staffed - albeit we only used kitchen for breakfast. Had a great stay at the property.

The location was amazing for our activities, shopping, movies and Lagoon. The home was cute and easy to access. It had everything we needed. The only complaint is all of the towels seemed to be stained with mascara or another black substance. The master shower curtain liner was moldy and should be swapped. Other than the few concerns with the cleanliness, this was a great stay!

Pretty good!

The place was very clean and well stocked! We really enjoyed the corn hole in the garage! There was a little water under the dishwasher when we arrived, but that was easily wiped up! The smoke detector was more sensitive than what we were used to. Overall, a great place!

Comfortable place for family with dogs

This was a nice VRBO with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We brought our 2 pups and the back yard was fenced for them to run around in with a doggy door to come in and out as they pleased. It’s close to everything you need. Would stay here again when in the area.

Perfect location for family and dogs

My family, including our dogs enjoyed the house and location. Walking distance to a paved trail and shopping stores. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. The house is very spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need. Love the fact there were Google and Apple products in the house 😍 Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard too. Look forward to coming back!
