Book your getaway at our beautiful one-bedroom condo in Miramar Beach. We are on the first floor of one of the best beachfront buildings on the beach. Our condo in Surfside is just steps away from the property's beautiful white sandy beach (less than a 2 minute stroll and NO elevator waiting!). If you want to avoid crossing the street - access the beach via the property's skybridge that also leads to a fun beach bar with stellar views. During peak season, March-October, beach set-up is included with your stay: two chairs and an umbrella will be ready for you each morning! You'll love the patio that provides cozy outdoor dining and sitting as well as allows you to simply step out to the grassy lawn that leads to the grilling area, close parking and easy unloading for all your gear. Our condo is recently updated with pretty shiplap, all new linens and towels, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Sleeps 6 with 2 double beds in the master bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Laundry is super convenient - just down the hall!
Surfside offers numerous amenities, on-site restaurant, well-equipped exercise room, rooftop basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, large pool, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, on-site spa, and event room with kitchen.
