Mirimar Beach Florida

We had a wonderful stay here at this condo. It was just as the pictures described. Everything was clean and perfect for our arrival. Nice full kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and linens were nice and fresh. Easy walk to the ocean which we did everyday. The pool was clean and comfortable and we loved relaxing by that in the afternoons Management was very communicative with any questions or concerns we had. Overall just a perfect stay. Loved t!! We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

The check in process was very easy. The property was just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few easy meals. The location was easy to walk with my tween to the beach.

Great place in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property that is conveniently located within 2 blocks of the beach, which was easy to walk. In addition, there are 2 community pools to choose from if someone didn't want to walk that far. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was clean, had all the essentials and located in a good neighborhood where we felt safe day and night. We'd go back again if in the area.

Family Getaway

Good location with easy walking to boardwalk and beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, even if a little chilly. We enjoyed having a a washer and dryer, which made packing light very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Concert Weekned

We stayed here for the Bootleggers Bonfire weekend at the Topeka venue. Unit was clean and comfy. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Unit provided dishes and pans along with washer and dryer.

Perfect Getaway

This condo is super cute and very close to the beach. It was perfect for my kiddos and I. The kitchen literally had anything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable , plenty of towels etc. I definitely consider this a steal and would stay here again next visit.

Crystal Village is a hidden gem

Spacious, bright condo. Relatively quiet even though it was a spring break week. Ageing property but still well maintained, condo has remodeled kitchen which is nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a short walk to beach access. My family had no problem walking. The host was very responsive when contacted. The condo complex was extremely quiet. It made it very enjoyable and easy to relax after the kids when to bed. The condo needed a few home repairs but didn’t ruin our time there and we got it for a great price. The grill pictured on deck is unusable due to past tenants not cleaning after use.

Beautiful getaway!

Our stay was nothing less than amazing! Pool was refreshing, it wasn’t on a busy street, had a little walk to the beach but it was good. Second floor unit and there’s no elevator but inside is amazing! Bed was very comfortable, tv worked amazing. I definitely recommend this place!

Memorial Day Girls Trip

My friends and I spent an extra long Memorial Day weekend in Destin. The condo is great and 2 blocks from the beach that was an easy walk. Had an issue with the entry code provided but the host responded quickly and reset with no issue. Condo pics in listing are accurate and the area is quiet. Pool looked beautiful but we spent our entire time at the beach. Pompano Joes restaurant is right at the beach and they have any outside area to order drinks and food while at the beach. Water and sand is awesome… just like being in the Caribbean. Would recommend and come back!

Everything was as advertised, place was nice, and appeared clean. However, one thing that was a little disconcerting was that the floors were filthy. They looked clean at first glance, but our socks and feet would turn black after walking around the apartment. Kind of grossed us out a little. But all and all, it was a nice place. I would recommend this property.

Okay for the Stay

The property is in a lovely location and the amenities were as listed. We have stayed at these condos before so we knew what to expect. What we did not expect was the mess when we arrived. There was trash in all the trash cans and bugs flying around, dirty linens on all beds, dirty dishes, sand everywhere and clothing from a previous guest. We contacted the host upon arrival and never heard back. Because the host never responded, my family promptly got to cleaning and when a cleaning lady showed up 2 hours later we already had the place cleaned up and linens washing. It would have been nice to receive a response from the host at least letting us know that someone was coming to the condo to clean. We will definitely be staying in Crystal Village again but not with this host.

Good location. Very dirty.

Place was as advertised. Short 10 minute walk to the beach - great location. Perfect quiet getaway. Good for adults. Condo was extremely dirty. If you walked without socks on your feet would get black - even from kitchen to bedroom. All dishes were dirty and black and needed to be washed before used. You will need to bring your own trash bags (not enough provided), beach towels and beach chairs. We had AC trouble & communication with host was not adequate. We got there to an 80+ degree condo in Florida summer. Overall good stay, but amenities and service could be upgraded.

Not 2 blocks from the beach

6 blocks to the beach in the road, no sidewalk. Just clarifying. It’s nice and beds are comfy. The floors were very dirty. We had black feet in the condo the whole time and had to wash our feet before getting into bed. I emailed the owner weeks in advance asking simple questions, never heard back. Called him and he allowed us to check in early. The spot that the listing was VERY clear we had to be in was taken and when i texted him, he said there was nothing he could do and never responded. So we sat with our car waiting for a visitor spot to open up so we wouldn’t be towed. Poor communication. I wouldn’t stay again bc of distance to beach with young kids was not ideal. Once you get on the beach you have to walk at least another 100 yards to find a beach spot that isn’t taken by the chair companies and jet ski company.

A Week at the Beach

Overall, our stay at the “Beautiful Getaway” was pretty great. Quiet community of condos. Communication with Shaun was prompt when needed. The unit, which appeared recently updated/renovated, was clean and cozy upon arrival. The location could not have been better - with Miramar beach access one block away; suitable for walking or driving to the nearby public lot. The unit was stocked with all the cooking supply needs - pots, pans, cooking sheets, crockpot, traditional coffee maker and K-cup, waffle maker and so much more. There wasn’t anything the unit didn’t have that we needed - except a couple AAA batteries for a remote. All made for a great family vacation with two toddlers. Very few cons - - No stopper for the tub drains (fixed with a $2 kitchen sink disposal stopper) - Master bath shower head could be updated, but not a big deal. - Unit could use a hard surface floor vacuum for sand cleanup after a day at the beach. There’s an order vacuum provided, but a broom/dustpan did a better job. Tips - - Miramar beach is CROWDED. Pack your car and head to Henderson Beach State Park (10 min drive). $5 summer entry, but loads of room to spread out. - Make a stop at Bruster’s Real Ice Cream. You won’t be disappointed. - Get take out from Pascalli Kitchen! Delicious!

Nice Condo

The condo is lovely, comfortable and clean. We were very pleased with the physical aspect of our trip. However, the hospitality aspect was lacking. We received no check-in or check-out information whatsoever. No idea what was expected of us at checkout. I’m accustomed to receiving overly detailed information about checkin and checkout 5 days in advance, a laminated sheet with all the information about checking and checking out, grounds rules, Wi-Fi information….. There was nothing. Since we arrived in town early morning I asked for an early check in and we were so pleased the host graciously agreed. But I had to ask twice to receive a code to the door and the unit number. I asked for Wi-Fi information and it was not until halfway through the following day that I received a reply with the Wi-Fi password. I’m so thankful that I had not emailed them with an emergency because it would’ve been way too late with their reply! No emergency contact number was provided if a need arise. Once again the condo was lovely, but the communication hospitality aspect was lacking.
