Beautifully furnished 3 br./2 ba. pool home with extra den/rec room in part of 3 car garage w/large screen tv and comfortable seating. Large private walled back yard w/large swimming pool w/umbrella, gazebo, fire pit, tables, lots of seating, & 2 barbecues. Fully equipped kitchen opens to family room with large screened smart tv w/surround-sound and comfortable seating. Plantation shutters throughout. 3 bedrooms. Primary bedroom w/king bed, & new smart tv, & primary bath with shower & walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms w/queen beds. Inside laundry closet. Garage is boat-length (approx.29' long). Full wall of storage cabinets in garage. Space on each side of house for RV or boat parking.
