View and distance for hot air balloons and location!Affordability, cleanHowever… really could use toilet seats to be tightened especially main bathroom, no hand soap in kitchen or main bathroom and a small thing ….but bath mats or something would be nice when you step out of shower! Otherwise great stay friendly neighbors!!! Really enjoyed our stay would rent again!!

Self appointed HOA president came at me hot before I could even get all the way out of my vehicle. Decided to not visit Jail in Havasu, so I moved on and didn't stay.
