Please note, shoreline access may vary with changing water levels, but stairs are available on the north side of the property for lake access. Just one flight of stairs leads up to the main level of the house, which faces west, offering stunning sunsets. Inside, you'll find 2-bedrooms and 1-bathroom, perfect for up to four guests.

The full kitchen (no dishwasher) is equipped with all the essentials you need. One bedroom features a sliding door to the deck, giving you great views and the soothing sounds of the lake. Stay entertained with a Smart TV, cable, and WIFI. There's also a washer and dryer in the lower-level laundry room. If it gets a bit warm outside, fans are available in each room, though the refreshing lake breeze usually keep things comfortable.

Relax on the spacious deck off the living room, where you can enjoy breathtaking lake views. You’ll also find a charcoal grill perfect for outdoor cooking.

Don’t miss the incredible sunsets and starry night skies—they’re truly unforgettable. Arcadia Beach and Veterans Memorial are just minutes away, and a scenic drive north on M-22 will take you to the stunning Baldy Dunes or Sleeping Bear Dunes.
