Adventures at Aspen Way: WHOLE HOME & 7 ACRE RETREAT

This incredible 7-bedroom home offers endless indoor and outdoor entertainment for the entire family. It comfortably sleeps 18 in beds (10 twin, 3 queen, 1 king, and 1 full-sized crib), with additional accommodations on a sleeper sofa and air mattress, bringing the total capacity to 22.

The game room is packed with multiple arcade games, a smart projector, a popcorn machine, a poker and board game room, and a puzzle tower. Outside, you`ll find a heated pool, hot tub, and a wood-burning fire pit, ensuring there`s something for everyone to enjoy. The home itself spans 7,200 square feet and sits on 7 acres, featuring two dining rooms and a full kitchen, providing ample space for large groups or families.

This charming home offers access to a community pond and playground just a few steps from our driveway. Catch and release fishing is allowed, and you can bring your own kayak or paddle boat.

In the winter the house give you the luxury of plenty of space to hang out and play games, watch movies, and just spend quality time with your family and/or friends.

Bed count/layout: The left wing features a loft space with 3 twin beds, and off that room is a second small bedroom with 2 additional twin beds, functioning more as a loft with no doors. The first floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed and a crib. In the right wing on the second floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and they share a full bathroom. The third floor is another loft space with no doors, containing 5 twin beds.

House was fantastic and perfect for our family reunion. The kids all had so much fun sleeping in their own ‘wing’ of the house and we adults appreciated not having to hear them laugh and play all night. All the kids even had their own beds so when they eventually slept, they were comfortable. Plus, they had the game room and pool to keep them entertained so that us adults could enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Highly recommend for large families.

Country side escape!

We spent an extended weekend with a dozen folks. Large spread out home with lots of privacy and baths. The pool was our main escape for the weekend for sun, play and cocktails! Looking to check out completely from the hustle...this is it!

Nice and Well Maintained

The place was clean and as expected. The different rooms with the beds numbered as expected. Some nice little sayings in the bathrooms and lots of room to enjoy the group together. Supplies were needed and the owner responded quickly. Kitchen utensils and appliances met all our needs. Neighbors were a little eccentric when interacted with. Would stay again. Maybe when weather is warmer.

Big enough for the whole family!

We overall enjoyed our stay! We had 14 people ranging from a baby to adults and everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of space to cook, eat & be in each others company. Also enjoyed the grill and pool outside! Host was very responsive as well! Just a heads up on a few things- To get to any bedroom you have to take at least some stairs (if you have trouble with that) We would technically consider this to be a 6 bedroom house as two of the rooms with twin beds connect with no door. Also all bedrooms that show twin beds don’t have doors since they are their own floors with stairs leading up. Didn’t bother us but just so you know! The road to get to the house was narrow for one car at a time and had some bigger potholes. Would recommend bringing an SUV or truck with you!

The place is as described and the pictures are accurate. Jacuzzi was clean and worked well. There is a cool coffee station. Large towels for the swimming pool. We are a family with adult children & significant others and had adults on the twin beds. They were not comfortable for adults, folding beds rather than solid frame twin beds. There is not enough living room or dining seating for the occupancy listed. Or at least not enough seating if you want to sit together. There is enough pans and dishes for everyone, just bring your own if you have a large party. The cooking equipment available is good for smaller groups but means you have to cook in batches. Overall we had a good stay and nothing caused a true detractor to our stay, just multiple little things that caused me to give an average rating. TBH, 5stars would have been hard for anyplace, so take that into account when looking at how i rated things.

Beautiful house!

The house is beautiful! Interior designing is really well done. Plenty of things available- spices/etc. hot tub was very clean. The reason I did not give this 5 stars was because I would for sure not count this as 7 bedrooms. The “twin bedroom” appears more to be a walk in closet from the bedroom with 3 twin beds. It is very small and there is no door. I had specifically emailed to ask if they are 7 separate bedrooms and told yes. Which I guess technically it is separate, but not private. You walk through the 3 bed bedroom to get to the “twin bedroom” and again there is no door. So if you aren’t planning on having kids up there that stay with other kids it is pretty awkward with no door and walking through the kids room. The hot tub is also pretty far away and there is no walk way to it. So being winter it got pretty muddy. At night we really didn’t want the kids to be that far away by themselves! Having said that it is very clean though! Overall very cute house! Very updated. Game room is on level 1 which is nice! Very nice time. I would say just to be prepared about the 7th bedroom and walking to the hot tub! Other than that very nice house. Plenty of towels as well!!!
