WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

This newly renovated condo has hardwood floors throughout. The decor is modern and the walls exhibit a collection of artful Black and White as well as color photographs. The house was built in 1845, in the Greek Revival style.

We are located in Inman Square-a neighborhood of Cambridge that sits between Harvard and MIT. Inman Square has some of the most highly regarded restaurants in the Boston area including Oleana and the East Coast Grill, among many others.

We are a 10 minute walk to the Central Square T stop and a 15-20 minute walk to Harvard Square. We are also a 15 minute walk to MIT. The Central Square train stop is 3 stops on the red line from Boston Common. We are closer to downtown Boston than most of Boston.

Our condo is ideal for families and groups as well as visiting academics. We offer an affordable and spacious alternative to hotels with a full eat-in kitchen in the condo. The condo and linens are thoroughly cleaned after every stay.

About Jim Creighton

We both love Cambridge for its walkability, restaurants, bookstores, coffee shops and nightlife. Michelle works for the State of Maine in policy analysis and I am a self-employed Cabinetmaker. When not working we both enjoy creative pursuits, reading and eating good food.

We recently moved to the coast of Maine and decided to turn this condo, our previous home, into a vacation rental. The space has undergone renovations and should provide a perfect launching point for travelers to explore the Cambridge/Boston area.

Anytime again!

We loved staying at Jim's apartment. The apartment was only a ten minute walk away from the subway station and havard. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We were very happy that Jim had a parking permit for us available. Would definitely stay at Jim's apartment again!

Very nice condo, ideally situated, correct price

The apartment was very nice and we had more than enough space to sleep 5 (2 parents and three children aged 18, 16 and 13). The neighbourhood is charming and there are plenty of restaurants and shops. There is a private parking lot across the street that you can use upon demand. Public transport to down town Boston is only 15min walk away, so pretty convenient. Although we never saw Jim, the owner, he was very helpful before and during our stay. He answered all our questioned within short time and was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Family loved it!

A little disappointed

First this is a great location and the owner has a dedicated parking spot just up the street which is huge since there is no street parking. The location was great for us however there were a few things that we were not happy with. The bed in the loft/attic area came apart twice, informed the owner so hope it gets fixed before someone gets hurt. The kitchen was not very well stocked as compared to many of the VRBO's that we have stayed at.

While the condo is very nice there is not a great deal of space for a family to gather other than the kitchen which has a great table for that. If you are seeking a space to land and use as a base then this will work for many, it was just not as comfortable for us.

Marathon stay

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and has everything you need. It is in a perfect location for some sight seeing on foot and is close to public transportation. Parking is limited and if you are not there on a Sunday you might want to ask the owner for a reserved parking permit. On arrival there were not enough towels for the six of us but after a phone call they were delivered promptly!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay!
