This property is wonderful. It's close walking distance to the beach, well stocked, and the host is easy to reach. We used the bikes, the hammocks, the pool, all of it. We had 16 people and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

A wonderful home, close to the beach with ALL of the amenities you would ever need. Prior guests leave cooking items in the pantry that are not expired which makes it easy to cook meals. Why? Because this home is so inviting. Comfortable living area, grill, green egg make it wonderful to enjoy meals with friends and family. The pool is great and great for children after a beach day or for an option if the beach is not desired. New washer and dryers on both levels, new dishwasher and refrigerators. Wonderful place to stay. Strongly recommend it.

Our family has been coming to Grayton Beach since 2010, and this was our 5th or 6th stay at Magnolia Hill. Beautiful, spacious home good for large families. It's a quick, easy walk to the beach. The house has a ton of beach chairs/umbrellas/sand/pools toys and bikes available, and there's numerous books and games for rainy days. Our family spent a lot of time in the pool, and on the screened in porch. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs, and the beds are nice. We've enjoyed every stay, and never want to leave! Mrs. Cooper was responsive to messages and answered any questions we had.

We are a large family of 19, and finding a house that meets all of our needs is difficult. This house checked all our boxes! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space for all. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for meal preparation. The screened-in porch was our favorite spot! The bikes, pool, hammocks, and closet full of beach supplies were just icing on the cake. We come to the beach for the beach, and this was the best experience we have ever had on 30A. It was a short stroll to the beach, and there were no stairs on the boardwalk. The weather and water were perfect during our stay, and watching fireworks from the beach was an experience we won't soon forget. There was a minor snafu when we arrived, but the owner quickly rectified the situation. She was great to work with, and we plan to be return guests!

Best Beach House Ever

Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our beach house stay in Grayton. The private pool and short walk to the beach were perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked for lots of family dinners. Loved this house!

We had a great week celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary! The house was well equipped and convenient. There was plenty of space for us to all be together, or find a quiet corner for some alone time. The owner was kind and accommodating. I would recommend this home for large groups.

Great for large family

Wonderful stay in Gulf Trace

This property had all we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. And the kids enjoyed both the pool and the yard. Gulf Trace is a great neighborhood away from the crowds.

Amazing vacation

The house was perfect. Perfect location, perfect size. There was 13 adults and 5 kids, but it never felt crowded. There was everything that we needed and more. We’d love to come back to this house again.

We are the Coopers and love our beach house in Gulf Trace! We live in Atlanta, GA and have three daughters. I have a great staff that help me take care of our property. We came to this area in 2004 and fell in love with Grayton Beach and were fortunate to find our house in our private neighborhood.
