Beautiful view

Everything from check in to check out and everything in between was seamless. Everything was clean and the view alone was amazing!!! Would Definitely stay here again.

Great view

We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. It rained a large portion of our stay, so we storm watched, played games and ate some of our meals out there. It was a super short walk to the beach, so in the moments it was not raining, it was an easy walk out. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views and beach!!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean with amazing views. The beach is not over populated. The only thing I would change is getting more towels. Overall this place was amazing!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The condo was perfect for our family.... very clean, well-stocked and roomy. The balcony is perfect and the location was just right for us, being on the quieter, less developed end of the beach. The condo has really cool artwork and felt so comfortable... and the beach was incredible with its sugary, fine white sand and crystal clear blue green water. We loved every moment we were here and hope to come back soon - when we do, we'll definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Excellent Condo, unappealing building!

The condo itself was wonderful and the ocean view was phenomenal! The building, elevator and outside areas need lots of work! There are several areas that made me feel as though one may be mugged just going to the condo! I am well aware that the fabulous ocean destroys buildings but updates are past due!

The pool is in an awkward location, so we did not use it but did utilize the beach service. There was a little inconvenience with the hall bathroom where maintenance had to fix the leaking toilet, but they came right away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A good view of the beach

The only real draw back was the parking lot, a very large incline made it difficult to load and unload.Overall 9 out of 10 especially with free beach chairs and umbrella.and amenities

Almost a good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was great. We liked the smaller building because it was less crowded. We don't use the pool so it was nice having it out of view. The kitchen is updated, things were clean, nice artwork, and enjoyed the master view. A major issue though was the 2nd bedroom is advertised as a king bed, but it is 2 beds pushed together. It is very uncomfortable and both beds are not at the same level. Very misleading. We will not stay there again for that reason. The bathrooms are in need of updating, the living room rug was stained, and the washer has alot of black mold. So overall we like the building and recommend it, but even though it has potential, not the unit.
