Este condominio se encuentra en el 3er piso y tiene maravillosas vistas de la isla de Okaloosa. No hay alquileres mensuales en esta unidad, por favor. La cocina, los suelos de baldosas y los toques arquitectónicos le dan un toque más moderno y clásico. The view was perfect. The beach was beautiful. However, the condo is outdated. The living room area rug was so disgustingly dirty. It was stained, filthy & matted. The carpet in the bedrooms were exactly the same. Stained, matted & dirty. There is no way these carpets were shampooed recently. The “complimentary” RUSTED beach chair in the condo was SO bad I second guessed bringing it down to the beach but I did & it broke to pieces so I gathered all the rusted broken pieces and brought it back up to the condo to its place in the closet.The coffee pot was new & it worked great! I wouldn’t stay here again especially with the filthy carpet. It really was nasty.

Unit does have too much furniture and decoration that limits movement. Dishwasher works great but needs to be cleaned- definite odor in the appliance.

The unit was clean and equipped with most kitchen utensils, however no extra condiments of any kind. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. No signs of the owner in this unit whatsoever - felt kind of sterile.

It was a great stay. The condo was ready earlier than stated and had great communication on how to access the gates, building and room. The condo was very clean. The only criticism I would have is that the beds aren’t as comfortable as I would have liked. They are very bouncy and firm. And if you like heavier blankets when you sleep you may want to bring your own. Beds only had sheets and a very light top blanket. Neither of these issues would have made me change my mind about renting however! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Good unit and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time I've used Brooks and Storey for rentals in this complex and they did not disappoint. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is over the pool so if the sound of kids having a ball bothers you, you may want to reconsider this one. The only issue I encountered was the internet was too sporadic for me to use for work stuff. The hotspot on my phone covered this but it could cause others problems and it is unit-specific. I've stayed in other units in this complex with zero internet issues.
