Beautiful view

Everything from check in to check out and everything in between was seamless. Everything was clean and the view alone was amazing!!! Would Definitely stay here again.

Great view

We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. It rained a large portion of our stay, so we storm watched, played games and ate some of our meals out there. It was a super short walk to the beach, so in the moments it was not raining, it was an easy walk out. Would definitely stay there again.

We were an older group, it was difficult to get in and out of the chairs. But, overall we were very satisfied with everything! It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Beautiful views and beach!!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean with amazing views. The beach is not over populated. The only thing I would change is getting more towels. Overall this place was amazing!

Almost a good experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was great. We liked the smaller building because it was less crowded. We don't use the pool so it was nice having it out of view. The kitchen is updated, things were clean, nice artwork, and enjoyed the master view. A major issue though was the 2nd bedroom is advertised as a king bed, but it is 2 beds pushed together. It is very uncomfortable and both beds are not at the same level. Very misleading. We will not stay there again for that reason. The bathrooms are in need of updating, the living room rug was stained, and the washer has alot of black mold. So overall we like the building and recommend it, but even though it has potential, not the unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got there the screen doors did not work. Crumbs were still on the nightstand by the bed and the counter top looks stained. I called the office the next morning maintenance arrived and fixed them (still a little hard to open and shut). No hand soap for either bathrooms or for the kitchen, had to go buy some. (I have never had to do that before). They also had to bring extra sheets. The location was great, not a lot of traffic very peaceful. The room itself was nice. The couch was very uncomfortable and the bed was hard. This was our wedding/honeymoon week. We will not be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very well decorated and clean. The furniture in the TV viewing area was not very comfortable. Deck furniture was nice. The WiFi stopped working after our first day, the TV remote in the den did not work properly and the DVD player on the table below the TV wasn't even hooked up. The WiFi tech who came to fix the WiFi/TV remote said the DVD player was there only as a decoration... REALLY! Who does that? We brought DVD movies to watch only to find out the DVD player was a prop. We will not ever book this unit again.Access to beach was 2nd rate. Pool behind condo in parking lot. I do not recommend this condo if you're coming to Okaloosa Island, there are so many better options.Final note: Brooks and Shorey have always been a favorite of ours, and still are. We humbly suggest they drop ETW-5006 from their lineup.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The condo was perfect for our family.... very clean, well-stocked and roomy. The balcony is perfect and the location was just right for us, being on the quieter, less developed end of the beach. The condo has really cool artwork and felt so comfortable... and the beach was incredible with its sugary, fine white sand and crystal clear blue green water. We loved every moment we were here and hope to come back soon - when we do, we'll definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful View

We liked the fact that the building was a bit smaller and closer to the end of the island. The beach was not as crowded as some of the larger condo complexes. The umbrellas were spaced further apart which was important to us. I don't like to feel like I am sitting right on top of other people. The best thing about the condo is the view. You can't get any better. We loved the balcony and sitting outside to eat meals. Overall the condo was nice. The beds were very firm. I would recommend the owners purchase memory foam toppers. The showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The floors and balcony deck could use a good clean. The unit is right next to the elevator. I would recommend ear plugs for anyone sleeping in the second bedroom as the window is right next to the elevator area. Other guests were polite and respectful but you can still hear general noise. We did have some trouble figuring out the TV. There are hundreds of channels but we could not seem to find the standard networks to watch a program on NBC. It would have been nice to have a list of channels or some basic instructions. We had a wonderful trip and would return again to this building and unit.

Great Stay

We brought an air mattress and were pleasantly surprised to not need it and use the pull out bed from the couch. The kitchen was properly furnished with great pots and pans. The Tom Thumb next door was super convenient and the private beach was wonderful. Only small complaint is that the fans/light in the living room and bed room are on the same frequency, so when one is changed, they all changed unless you flipped the switch off, first. Took a bit to figure out but wasn't bad.We will be back!
