This Lake Guntersville tiny home offers everything you need for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or remote work retreat — complete with boat parking, pet-friendly amenities, and peaceful surroundings.
We get it—rules aren’t exactly the highlight of vacation! But a few friendly guidelines help keep the good vibes rolling for you, your fellow travelers, and future guests. Think of them less like rules and more like tips for making your stay (and everyone else’s) awesome. Thanks for helping us keep Knot Working fun, cozy, and welcoming for all! A booking constitutes complete acceptance of listing description and house rules.
1. Up to 4 Guests allowed. All overnight guests (including pets) must be registered at time of booking. No third party bookings. If you live within 20 miles of our property, please contact your host prior to booking.
2. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit. During the extreme hot summer months, these lofts can get warm. We do offer fans in the loft areas to help move warm air.
3. Parking is only available beside each of the cabins for (1) one car or back to front by the firepit. Please do not park in front of the cabin or in the street. Boat parking must fit beside firepit backed in. Extra parking located in front of the RV park by the tree.
4. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, cancellations outside our cancellation policy, inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
5. Knot Working Tiny Town assumes no responsibility for items left behind. Please make sure to gather all items prior to checking out.
6. We provide a nice, clean home for our guests. Our cleaning fee is based on a `courteous guest`. Additional costs may apply for extra cleaning. Long term (longer than 7 night) stays require a light bi-weekly clean.
7. No smoking of any substance inside the home or patio at any time.
8. Checkout time is any time prior to 10am.
