Perfect river house. Tons of parking. Extremely clean. Down the street from the launch ramp. Everything we needed for weekend full of fun!

Host was okay, communicated well. Property is tired and needs amenities such as BBQ Grill and nicer patio furniture (furniture should be cleaned prior to arriving.) It looked like it hasn’t even cleaned in months. Interior and bath / kitchen amenities met expectations.

2 nights for Desert Storm

Check in process was very easy with clear instructions. House was clean, WiFi was fast, beds were very comfortable. Driveway was super easy to get in and out of.

This was a fantastic 4th of July stay in a great location. It's like 2-3 minutes away from Main Street, which is where everyone goes out at night. That was super helpful for quick, cheap Ubers. The house was very clean, and came equipped with everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, bathrooms and rooms. We pulled the twin blowup mattress into the living area for more room and so two people wouldn't have to share one (3rd room). The only reason I have this property 4 instead of 5 stars has nothing to do with the host or the cleansliness itself. But because of the driveway layout IF you have a boat. There's a side area with gravel that you can back it into, but because of the location (It being right next to a school and on a main road), it's very difficult to actually do this without holding up a bunch of traffic. Not a big deal if you don't have a boat, but just a note for awareness of future renters. Thank you again big time to Jamie for letting us use the home! We have a phenomenal experience.

Pictures of property were accurate to our experience/stay

Close to all areas of interest we wanted to experience while in Lake Havasu...lake, shopping, restaurants, etc. Right across the street from a school so we had a lot of wrappers and garbage blowing into the backyard through the fence. We paid a generous fee for a cleaning service that made a complaint about black marks smeared on the back patio that we did not leave behind. This was disappointing to us after we had a wonderful stay at the property.

Nice House and Good Area

House was nice and it’s a perfect area if you’re visiting the river. My only complaints are about the owners… We had to pay a $165 cleaning fee which is fine but the day before we arrived I received an email from the owner which provided a list of cleaning procedures they wanted us to complete before we left. This stipulation was not provided prior to requesting to rent the home. To me that sounds like the owner is trying to pocket more money off the people staying by having them pay a cleaning fee and make them clean the house. Also didn’t appreciate the owners adjusting the A/C up. It was 115+ the entire time we were visiting. Every time we would leave the house the owners would adjust the temperature up 10+ degrees. There is also no access to the garage.

Hello Brooke, I’m sorry you felt like we the owners did not provide a great experience for you. We did not provide a list of cleaning that you had to do before you left. We only asked that you remove used bedding and used towels and place them in a pile. Unfortunately, we did not touch or adjust the thermostat in anyway. I apologize you had to come back from the lake to a hot house. (The thermostat will be checked) If at any time during your stay, you felt uncomfortable or if there was an issue, I would’ve loved to been notified, so we can fix any issues or problems you were having. Nice Weather

First off, I liked the location. I came down to play golf and the courses were just under 2 miles away. Easy to get to. Lake Havasu City is just noisy, ORVs with little in the of mufflers are everywhere. The street location is a main arterial so the noise even drowned out the tv at times. This is not the hosts fault but the noise abatement built into the house was lacking. When we arrived there were only 6 towels doable but we needed to do laundry much more often. No wash cloths and when I contacted the host, she indicated they did not have these. I bought some because I use them in the shower. The kitchen pots and pans were sparse and we had to buy a can opener that actually could open a can. We left it at the property. Being so close to the Pacific time zone meant my watch and phone sometimes switched time zones. Not the hosts fault but there were no clocks other than the oven clocks, so if I had an early tee time I had to get out of bed and walk to the kitchen to assure I was on time. The cutting knives were very dull and almost unusable. There was no outdoor BBQ. Every other VRBO I stayed in has had these and a nice cookout with the nice weather would have been nice. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. So it sounds like I am bashing the property, not even close. I am just trying to prepare the next guests of what to expect and maybe prepare a bit more. The property allowed pets and out dog liked the view of all the school kids. Would stay here again.
