Great host and manager, very helpful. Had an issue with the tv and they fixed it immediately. Love the Havasu area and really enjoyed the balloon festival.

This is not the first time we’ve used this house and, if it’s available when we are going to be in Lake Havasu, it won’t be the The house is very conveniently located for us and the owners are very helpful and easy to work with. I think we enjoyed this stay more than the last!

Family get away

Over all a good stay. Unit was clean over all, although there was hair in the front shower. Location is convenient to the bridge and stores.

Where is my washer and dryer?

Overall is good but we can't find washer & dryer. we left this question on Oct.9 but no answer from them. We found 2 doors, one at the kitchen and the other near entrance maybe. Both of them are locked.

Great Havasu stay

Had some friends who wanted to take a last minute trip to Havasu for July 4th, this was the perfect place! Awesome location, quick drive everything. The place was really clean, and the host was very responsive. Overall a great little place to stay.

Staying for 2 nights wasn't the best

We stayed for 2 nights and the front door wouldn't open. I called the owner to make them aware. We spoke and was told that a handy man would be out to fix it. The back door was left open and we arrived at 9pm . One of my friends found the backdoor unlocked and that's how we were able to enter the property. The front light wouldn't stay on so, unloading our belongings was tough at night. The front fan wouldn't turn on at all. It was very hot and took a long time to cool down. When we left for the day we could t lock the door bc we had no way to enter . So we had to pack up our belongings and keep them in a locked car till we arrived back at the house. A handy man never arrived to fix the door or did a cleaning crew to clean up the smell of animal urine. I made the owner aware of all this and nothing was done. Except for, I'm sorry this is happening. If the door and fan and smell issues would have never happened I would totally recommend this place. But, till then I'm sorry I wouldn't. Wasn't a comfortable stay.
