The host (all front desk staff) were very kind and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The amenities were in good shape and were very relaxing.

It’s a busy hotel but solid priced and a little bit off the main Anaheim drag, which is actually pretty nice. ART shuttle to the Disney entrance is 6 bucks and takes less than 5 mins. Overall great place to stay!

The rooms were a little noisy. A swimming pool and spa were part of the description but not available to use due to construction. Knowing this would impact my choice.

The room was not very clean as there was what looked to be a little spilt coffee that was dried by the window and a long black hair on a supposed clean white towel. The shower took about 15 mins to warm up and there was little water pressure, the toilet flushed poorly, the pool was out of order, the shuttle I read about to Disneyland in other reviews in no longer provided. It's cool they allowed us to bring our dog and the people working at the front desk were nice and some were helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom entrance was a little difficult in my wheelchair. We did not specify a handicap room. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

Mediocre property

Positives: outstanding location, close to everything. Friendly staff at checkin, ample parking. Negatives: they have other charges not originally noted - you have to pay extra for parking and it’s expensive. Fitness center air conditioning doesn’t work, most free weights are missing, no towels to use.

This listing and website is very misleading. This is not near Disneyland at all. DEFINITELY NOT WALKABLE. The shuttle is not complimentary- there is a fee for each rider - and is reliable and did not come one single time. In order to use it you have to download an app that is trash. If you stay here you’ll have to Lyft or Uber everywhere. I guess you could say the room was clean - it was however very musty and all of the knobs in the bathroom were falling off.

Not as expected

Information on website not accurate. Had to pay for extra things that weren't noted, before or after confirmation. The hotel clerks were rude with check-in and the room was dirty. My pillow had makeup on it, the towels had hair on them and one towel had dry blood on it. This was the most disgusting hotel experience I have had.

The shower curtain didn’t cover the tub so water went everywhere. We told the front desk and they said it is a known problem and nothing they can do. They said just lay towels down. The shower head was horrible it was like a pressure washer. Room still had dirt on the floor. Disappointed that parking was so much and had disability pass and still had to pay. Checked in at 12/1230 and they had a room available and had to still pay for early check in. Overall would not stay there again. Was very disappointed and would not recommend.
